Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. We stayed for two nights while in town for a family party. Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as we expected, the carpet was very stained and there was black mold in the shower caulking.
On the first night, I requested an extra blanket around 10:20 PM but never received it. On the second night, we found a roach in the bedroom. It was too late to switch rooms and we had to leave early the next morning, so we stayed put. I requested a blanket again the second night and still never received one.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the property itself is clean and quiet. However, the condition of the room and the unfulfilled service requests were disappointing.
