This property is outdated in decor and flooring. The ac was very noisy. The website said they had restaurants but they were strictly take put in a casino. However it was very convenient to the Hoover Dam and the float trip we went on.

Ok. Big room but on 3rd floor and we had a pet so was hard to walk. Normally pet rooms are on ground floor. Room was clean but no coffee pot. Had to down to bar to get hot water and coffee. Finger food at Red Dragon was very good. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Nice walk in shower but not accessible. No grab bars. I'll give it a B++.

This hotel is incredibly outdated, but that being said, I’d stay here again because it was very clean, comfortable, and was a great location right next to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. But…hotel needs work. Rooms were decent and clean but did not have convenient outlets for charging, mattress pads are plastic and made me a sweaty mess, not fitted bottom sheet so slid around and did not stay securely on mattress, pillows were way too thick and gave me a neck ache. However, they did bring me a thinner pillow when requested. A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Coined operated laundry was fine but front desk doesn’t have change. They referred me to the “Player’s Club” in the casino which is only staffed sporadically. Showers were hot and clean, so that was nice. Pool was freezing even though it was 107° out-how? The location for us was perfect but not sure I would stay there again. It probably won’t be in business too much longer anyway since it was nearly deserted.

This is a great economical place to stay if you’re visiting the dam or want to stay outside LV. The rooms are a bit outdated but who cares. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The TV didn’t work when I checked in but it was replaced within 15 minutes of me letting them know about the problem. That was outstanding.

Checking in was really bad. Only one desk clerk and I was behind four people. I waited for at least 45 minutes before I was checked in. My impression was that the computer system was not operating properly. The one clerk could not deal with all the issues quickly. Some of my information was not transferred to them from Travelocity and needed to be manually entered. The room itself was only so-so. It is part of a casino so the price was reasonable.

We like this property because of the location. We also liked the property because of the restaurant we could go to with our son. The restaurant, which we thought had good food and excellent service staff, is now closed. As such, without a family restaurant, we will not stay here again. In addition, the bathroom floors in our room were not mopped….so we laid down bathroom towels on the floor so we felt comfortable using the bathroom. I am handicapped, so moving to another room was less appealing than just laying down towels on the floor in order to use the bathroom.

Historical property, loved the hike from the property and local to Hoover dam. Did not care for the idea kids could not eat in any of the restaurants within the lodge, which was why I chose it for its all inclusive needs. Had to leave for food all three meals for three days. This needs to be disclosed up front not during check in.
