Worn out - great location.
I had low expectations of an $88 room in Vegas and those low expectations were met. Hotel is worn out, room was beyond basic. Shower head was like a garden hose and took 10 minutes to get hot water, , tub looked like the glued mat was just pulled up, no extra toilet paper, couldn’t tell if carpets were just tired or dirty. Fridge would have been nice. People out front were nice, location was outstanding. It’s time for a rebuild. - wouldn’t stay there again.

While this property cites it is rated better than a cheaper property it is not unfortunately. Our first room we were given had not even been cleaned by housekeeping, then once we finally get to another the carpet is soiled and nasty as hell. I had to go get a vacuum cleaner from Walmart and vacuum and still would not walk on the floors without my shoes on! The shower showed maybe soap scum in areas. The cleaning people do not speak any English at all. Just a mess and definitely not better than the rooms that are rated a 1-2 stars.

I request a full refund. Only stayed long enough to find another place to stay. Towels were dirty and with hairs, the floor was sticky, the tv remorts had hairs and was sticky, the shower curtains has mold on them. I want a full refund.

I was disappointed with the stay. We arrived early with suitcases and were told the motel had no place to hold our luggage until we could check in. When we checked-in the room was made up but dirty from it's age and only spot cleaning. The bed had long blonde hairs on the sheets and one pillow. The bathroom was far below average standard and so small. We asked for a non-smoking room, but it was smelly from previous smoking, so I guess we were the non-smokers who made it a non-smoking room for the night. The nearby Holiday Inn held our luggage for us and looks like a better stay by far. One positive is the Vegas monorail is a 5 minute walk from the motel. We only stayed one night.
