Pee smell/smoke nasty place to stay

Room smelt like someone peed all over it Then i got put into a room where they say was no smoking but reeked of smoke. Down stairs next to my room people were smoking yet the hotel clwarly states that if you smoke anyother place than building 7 you will be charges for smoking 250 dollars, yet the room smelt like smoke. On top pf all that they double charged ne for the stay.

Basically, the hotel is under renovation of the rooms, but the whole thing needs a renovation. Contractors installing new toilets failed to make mine level so it wobbled. Parking lots a mess, it’s noisy by the airport, which starts flying at around 5 AM. Basically it’s not up to the normal standards of this type of hotel or motel. Pricing was good and the monorail was a bit of a walk across the street but available. I just would not stay there again. The filter for the air blowing out of the air conditioner was dirty and blocked and the vent in the bathroom dirty as well. Failure to clean and keep up.

Didn't have anything as far as landscaping so if your traveling with a pet your going to want some other place for sure. The hotel is obviously an older one and is run down a bit but they are updating them now! We had several problems with the electronic keys and having to get them reprogrammed! But over all we were looking for the cheapest hotel we could find and they fit that request and you do get what you pay for!!!

The room was definitely dated..they do appear to be doing some upgrades though. The room was relatively clean but the corners of the bathroom did has some dirt build up. The one negative that I did have was the key cards, they would not maintain programming to open our door. We were told to keep the cards away from credit cards but, that did not seem to make a difference. Less than 24 hours after receiving new cards they both lost programming again. One of the cards never left the room and was not in a wallet or near any other cards.
