Bed sheets were dirty, towels were dirty, floor was badly stained and looked like it had not been clean, id say the carpet needs to be replaced. Cigarette stains all over the tub. Bathroom was filthy

Room are too noisy,you can ear everything and everyone around you even hear every someone's open the water in the rooms around you. The area looks getto,and the staff doesn't, have the knowledge or the intencion to help you in any way.

Mixed emotions.

Having my mother with and needing handicap parking was an issue that arouse us getting towed. Although they had allowed non-handicap vehicles to park in the space we needed I had no choice but to park in a space which I deemed fair for my mother. We then got towed without a call notice, just a flimsy paper stating not even within an hour of time to move it in the morning. Understanding this location had been undergoing some renovations a lot of the material had blocked off multiple handicap spaces to customers. Also, unsure how plumbing and water had been effected to where our sink only had extremely hot water! But our shower supply had the right amount of heat and cooling? Not to mention how extremely dirty the floors had been when I cleaned up after my corgi. I 100% assume they’re not mopped with clean water or at all! You need to wear house slippers at all times or your feet turn black after one trip to the restroom. Overall, it was in my personal price range for the event I needed to attend for the days counted for. Advice? Perhaps renovate one section at a time…
