This property is not what you would call high end, but it is the most welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. This place is a true gem, and you would be hard pressed to find a staff that is as friendly and accomodating as this staff. From the manager on down to desk clerks, they are all about making your stay memorable. I would be pleased to be able to return there in the near future. Jeff Morrow

Good but could be better.
All in all 4/5. The toilet clogged often, and the sink gurgled so there was definite plumbing issues. Staff was great, day or night. Could use to shake up the breakfast offering…not the same thing daily. Oh, and the pool was closed all day, on a Saturday.

I have always thought that I when I stay at a Hyatt I would not have issues. Very disappointed in the quality of the rooms. The smell in the building was awful. Very disappointed in the name Hyatt now

The place was great, but it would've been nice to have either underground or shaded parking. It would've felt more secluded rather than very open with the university and the airport just right there.
