Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The hotel lobby really needs to not smell like covered up cigarettes. You will hear the airplanes since you’re close to airport area where planes begin to make their descent. Breakfast buffet was okay but much appreciated. Beds are a little firm and pillows where not great.

Comfortable and friendly

Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms felt like other Hyatt's. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Breakfast was free and hot every morning.

Beds are comfortable to sleep in and breakfast was good, I wish they had more options though, they ran out of bagels and had no bacon or no pancakes or waffles but it was still a good experience staying here.
