The property itself was beautifully maintained. A few issues with the room. The in room phone didn't work. The closure for bathtub came off. Only one regular coffee in room. Ordered room service and they forgot our chocolate cake. I can overlook all of that/ The housekeepers were amazing and replenished our coffee and creamer. Overall it was a great expierence and I would stay here again.

I was in Las Vegas for business and chose this hotel because it was near the place I was working. It had everything one could possibly want in a hotel and then some, including beautiful gardens and a spa. I was unable to take advantage of all the hotel amenities and resort activities, but the casino was well lit and even had a non smoking area. There was a variety of restaurants from fine dining to casual and a Starbucks. If you want to get away from the strip, I recommend this place.

The overall experience was great. When you pull up to the property, the valet staff fast and attentive.The front desk personnel were polite and very helpful. When I visit Vegas again, I will stay at this property! Definitely!!

We had just driven 10 hours from Lake Tahoe, being stuck in a traffic jam due to an accident we have a service dog with us and my husband was waiting in the car with the dog to determine if this tower was the proper tower for us to get parking in well they wouldn’t let me check in without him. They made him come in to show his ID as well, adding additional stress and aggravation to an already tiring and stressful day one bit of feedback for the front desk folks is to bear in mind people checking in, may have other circumstances affecting the process.

Loved the JW Marriott in Summerlin!

I usually stay at Red Rock but chose JW Marriott based on the positive reviews! From the moment I drove up, the valet (Brent) was so helpful and kind. Then Marcus helped Me at the front desk and really set the tone for my 4 days there. Rooms were wonderful, I loved the jetted tub! I stayed in the Spa tower and absolutely loved it!! Grounds are beautiful

Very updated from when we visited in 2013. Did a grand job. Service was excellent and staff so friendly and helpful. The only “negative “ was at the pool on Sunday where a group of guest ranging in 55 years old down to a 8 month old. They were an extended family. The one grandchild was about 2 . He had a bathing suit on no diaper. Also this family was eating IN THE pool. Super unsanitary but just gross. Needless to say we left the area. We tried to go to the hydrogen area but was told we needed to have Marriott points. All in all wonderful stay great place. See you July 2026
