Had roaches in my room and observed roaches crawling by the food during breakfast. Advised the staff and they told me that they were aware but didn't appear to really care and seemed quite annoyed by me reporting it.

Room was clean and comfortable, location was close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle. Our flight had been delayed and we didn't land until 1:45am. I called the hotel and one of the front desk guys actually came to pick us up. He was friendly and very helpful with our questions about the area. The other 2 guys that I spoke with at the front desk were not very friendly and seemed very uninterested.

TV in room and Wi-Fi unavailable when we arrived. After asking a couple of times was told system wide issues with no ETA available. Property needs updating of beds and chairs in rooms. Free breakfast was very limited. Egg rounds, sausage patties, toast and bagels. The best things availability and location near airport and highway.
