Always an excellent experience.
This is the 9th year that I have used this hotel as my work related homebase when visiting Las Vegas. The staff is always welcoming, personally attentive, helpful, and they never fail to ask if I need the shuttle to the airport. The breakfast is always well stocked and accommodating of different diets and needs. The room is utilitarian, which for a work related trip perfect. One of the few places where work takes me that I count on zero issues, a serious plus.

Room was really clean and nice. Great staff. Staff brought us extra coffee and helped us get inside the pool area when our room key wasn’t working. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Very well managed facility. The setup is ideal if you are traveling with a dog. They have a specific area near the back door set up for pet friendly rooms and there is a pet relief area with bags, garbage bin and sitting area in the back. Very comfortable beds! Minor complaint > Shower has little pressure and had chips and rust stains.

Breakfast was reasonable, would have preferred cooked oatmeal then packaged instant oatmeal. Front desk was helpful with his suggestion to dine at Town Square, which we enjoyed our dinner there. The water pressure for the shower was terrible, the worst i have ever experienced, in fact its the kind of water pressure you get in hotels in poor countries, not in Las Vagas, USA ? The shuttle to the airport was a blessing, they picked us up at the car rental center, they dopped us off at Town Square, then they dropped us off at our departure terminal at the airport. Very accommodating front-desk.
