The carpet in the room wasn’t clean. Charging a resort fee and having to pay for parking is shameful. I’m a Hilton Diamond Member, parking and the Resirt fees should be waived

they supposedly upgraded my room for a better one, and I was next to the elevators and I could hear the elevator up and down up and down and I couldn’t sleep. I asked to be moving and they said they couldn’t find me anything else. It was a huge hotel. I can’t believe they didn’t have any other rooms to give to me and my husband. We were there for our honeymoon and we didn’t sleep well.
