Hotels .com is the reservation company I used. I purchased the insurance and was unable to cancel because of illness from an accident on the way to hotel. Do not use Hotels.com they will not help or honor there services or help you with the insurance at all.! So DO NOT USE HOTELS .COM ever.! Save your money

The hotel was less than average, the casino looks like a scene from a quentin tarentino movie, the hostess oh lord have mercy!!! there was one that I think she was pregnate. Casino has no gambling tables

You have to DEMAND a room that you paid for
When I checked-in, they didn't have my reservation and they tried to toss me aside to help other guests. I demanded that they give me a room that I already paid for. The only reason they gave me a room was because I demanded it.

Had to come to Vegas on short notice and picked this Hotel because of price. Was very good for me but don't expect luxury. Everything in Vegas was max 15 mins away from the hotel and they were very nice.
