Well the whole reason for the suite was because of the in room Jacuzzi/jetted hot tub. Well it was just a bigger than normal bathtub next to the bed. We went on a whole mission to get some bubbles for the tub, the plug for the drain wouldn’t hold the water.

The room was surprisingly quiet. The room was clean, but it’s definitely an inconvenience not having a mini fridge. I get they want you to eat at their restaurants, but I hate having to throw away half my meals that I can’t finish. Also, being able to keep some bottled waters cold would have been great. Also, the closest elevator had a terrible smell to it the whole 4 days we were there. I tried calling the front desk for towels and sat on hold for 5 minutes and gave up. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. I tried the food at Diablos Cantina, the Pyramid Cafe, and the Backstage Deli. Diablos Cantina was very good food with excellent service and staff, but I definitely would not recommend the Pyramid Cafe. I absolutely love eggs Benedict, but theirs was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere (very tasteless).

The room i was given did not look like the picture. My bathroom door looked like someone kicked it, chewed it or something. I asked housekeeping for wash rags 2 days in a row and she said she didn't have any on her cart. Went out the back towards the pool area at night and there were roaches everywhere.
