room service don't clean your room daily. I stayed there for 3 nights not once I got my room clean. There was a strong smell of citrates in the room. I called the front desk about the issues and they was not helpful at all. Furthermore, the bathtub drainage pipe was malfunctioning while showering.

They charge if you want to use a refrigerator. View from the window shows nothing but back of the building. The room was fairly clean but it's dark even with the certain opened. Glad it was only a single night stay.

Dated rooms with aging furniture. Blood stains on sheets. Luckily they moved us into a different room. For the price of the room definitely disappointed.

Nice Place But Nothing's Included
Beautiful hotel and room. The pool complex and lazy river are wonderful and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything you need is right in the complex including plenty of stores and restaurants. Expect to do a lot of walking though--it's a big place. Very conveniently located to the airport and the monorail. Considering the price and the $50/day resort fee, very little is included. There's no fridge or even coffeemaker in the room (coffeemaker is so standard, I rarely even verify when booking). As far as I can tell, the $50 resort fee is for towels at the pool. Expect to pay extra for most everything else and at inflated Vegas prices ($6 for a 20 oz soda in the little convenience store in the lobby, for example).

It was an okay hotel...when I booked our stay it was for a king size bed, we got 2 queens, sheets felt like chi chi balls, the iron had crusties on and melted on my top(which I should've looked at first) There are a few other little things and I know we could've addressed some of the things while we were there..we just weren't there long enough to take that much time to change & address. MGM is not for us.

Staying at the MGM in Las Vegas was an amazing experience! The hotel is wonderful, with impeccable facilities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a stunning view of the Strip. The staff was always attentive and helpful, making sure our stay was perfect. The entertainment and dining options are fantastic, and the casino is simply spectacular. I will definitely return on my next visit to Las Vegas!
