Checked in went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests who stayed before us, I called the front desk and they fixed the problem. We changed to an upgraded room. Other than that it was a nice stay.

It began with a shocking $40 valet parking charge which was ridiculously high. The Hotel should’ve had more people manning the check-in desk during peak periods. No greetings from the staff After 2 days we went to Treasure iIsland. No valet parking fee, bellman right there to take out bags and followed with them to the room. Down on the floor, every employee that caught our eye said at least good morning,afternoon evening). A much more friendly atmosphere

Had a great stay at MGM recently. Received a free upgrade to a 2 bed unit instead of the King Studio which provided me a lot more room and closer proximity to my travel mates. Third time there and while it is showing its age I found the premises clean, safe, and just as enjoyable as it was the first time I visited. Room was quiet despite the large number of people attending the events happening that weekend. Cleaning staff were very friendly and responsive to my requests. Overall can't say anything negative about my stay.

I loved the staff that helped make my day better with their welcoming but I was also provided a very very dirty room. The AC was turned off and maintenance had to come re set it. They also placed a seal, and changed the filter because they noticed it was really dirty. He then looked at the blinds and notice there was a piece that had fallen prior to me getting in the room. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have know how rough the condition of the room was. Sorry but never again here.

Decent- but not what it use to be
The hotel was ok, but outdated. No USB ports in the rooms. The two on the alarm clock did not work and no other options available. For the price we paid, that’s absurd. The staff was ok- not super helpful or friendly. Also, side point: Don’t expect the Uber drivers around the area to speak English OR understand the hotel names when told. Very frustrating when you’re staying at a well known hotel.
