Great place to stay!
I really enjoyed my stay for the most part. There was so much to do, I didn’t get to experience even a half. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the room. My room had an amazing view, however, the bathroom was not that clean. Then there was some sort of stain on the bottom of the bathtub that wasn’t pleasant to look at. Other than that everything else was perfect. The location of the resort was close to everything I already had planned.

The luggage attendant was our first point of contant, he was delightful. Then I spoke with a front desk rep, she was not so delightful. She was rushy, and very direct, no customer service politeness at all. In the room my shower curtain was dirty and i had to request another one.

Paid $700 for 2 nights and the room doesnt even include a fridge? The fridge it has is filled with hotel stuff. I wanted my normal priced drinks in it but you arent aloud to put personal items in it, if you do, huge fee. Paid for the scenery also and got the industrial side of a building, low floor.

The property and the room were very nice and well kept, clean. However my son and I ate in the food court we both had a hamburger, fries and a soda and the bill came to $67. I paid more for food while I was there than I did for the room for two nights.
