Relaxing and quiet. This hotel is a quick walk to the downtown experience but far enough away yo avoid the noise. It might be the best place we've stayed so far.

It has a lot of charm and if you’re looking for a cheaper place that’s still not too far from the strip, this is it. There are limited dining options after hours (we arrived to the hotel at 9 pm and only had one option when there were at least 5 listed, but that one tasted so good!) and the front desk staff was fine but not friendly. The bathroom in the room was very nice! The windows don’t have actual blinds or shades so sunlight did come in pretty early, and there are almost no tv stations to watch without paying, but those are just extra little details when overall the room was clean, quiet, and had enough outlets for our electronics (a seemingly small thing to ask but when so many rooms don’t have enough for two people…). I would definitely stay again if need be.

Should be 5 stars but our neighbor had his television blaring from midnight until 6am. I suspect he fell asleep in front of it. I recommend having TVs switch off if have no input after an hour.

Staff was very nice. The hotel and decor is clean and pretty. I love all the old wood and lighting. The King room was very large. Now the bad-our room was on the even side of the building that faced the freeway. Might as well been on it. It was LOUD! We always travel with ear plugs so it helped but we could still hear the noise. Towels were scratchy.

Main desk staff helpful. Room was not up to the standards usually kept. Floors dirty, crumbs, hair, etc looked like it had not been vacuumed recently, dirty floors in bathroom behind door, attempted cleaning of mirror in room, but just smudged dirty, elevator doors when closed need a good wipe down. Short staffed in both onsite restaurants leaving us with waiting for service. Feels very much like these are neglected with no thoughts or consideration to guest. We love staying here, we were just disappointed with this visit.
