I liked that I was able to buy coffee at a reasonable price passed the elevators. Free parking with your room key. Easy check-in. The train goes by several times in the night but I got used to it after the first night. Friendly casino staff. The casino machines were not clean and ashtrays are not cleaned frequently. Not a lot of people like the other casinos which I liked.

Our towels smelled. Not fresh or even soft. Was very surprised on the toilet paper. For the price of the room expected soft toilet paper. Was surprised to find the toilet paper is what you expect in a public restroom.

The property is rundown, definitely in need of an overhaul. Some of the carpet was being replaced while I was there. I was not notified in advance of the construction and I actually wasn’t even given notice when I checked in. No information was posted about how long the area was going to be closed, no hours were posted to get assistance at the players club. As a new player I couldn’t even get a card issued because the cashiers area didn’t know what to do and no one was in the membership area. One person checking people in and assisting guests most of the time. I checked in online and was supposed to have the room ready before I arrived however, it was not and I had to wait behind a Bus load checking in who arrived just 30 seconds before l. Not sure if there was food and beverages available during the time I was there Because I think the restaurant is closed. As with most casinos there is a resort fee, I don’t know what you get for it since I wasn’t parking in a car and they don’t have a shuttle from the airport . I won’t stay here again.
