Room was clean and safe. Mini bar and items on dresser were monitored by a sensor. No usable space in fridge for our stuff. K cups in room were $12 each, otherwise, no coffee in room. Did not like sand in the aquatic playground. Lazy river tubes not provided but were for sale at $35 each. It was adequate for our needs, but we won't beat a path back.

This is our first stay at Mandalay Bay. It was a great experience, my wife had a convention to attend and it was the perfect location for her meetings. It was further out then what I am used to.

This property was great for our family trip. The 2 bedroom suite was a luxury for us. We enjoyed the extra space. The pool area was fun for the kids. Only thing that could have been improved was check in. We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready. At 3:15pm I returned to the desk to inquire about our room only to find out it was ready and we never received a message.

Nickel and dimed for everything. There is a refrigerator in the room but you have to pay $50 to use it. Late checkout? You have to pay more but even then it’s not available. Casino floor left much to be desired, pool area was ok but super crowded. Want to sit in a lounge chair in with an umbrella? $150. Cabana rentals start at $750? Meanwhile towels and bedding are no longer white. Will stay somewhere else next time, no thanks.
