The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. I could live in a room like that. The bathroom was so big and very clean too. The only drawback was that STUPID RESORT FEE!!!😡 But I loved staying at Mandalay Bay Resort!

Property was great. Rooms are clean, beds super comfy, pool area one of the best near the strip. However, dining credits from Expedia x per day included with booking—— **Beware none of the dining areas were knowledgeable about it. Restaurant and bar workers looked at us confused and had some belittling answers. The moment we went to front desk to correct it from our tan, it was almost like negotiating with to use the credits. Finally after communicating every transaction and showing it on the booking multiple times it was honored as advertised on Expedia. Just beware their service was tricky when it came to this. Overall everything else smooth.

The hotel is beautiful. I did expect more things to be included as a guest, like going to the shark tanks a tube for the lazy river (at least a rental, they wanted to have us purchase cheap ones for $35 each) My wife got a little lost with our 10 month old in the casino and while looking for me was approached by 4 security staff hurrying her out of the area. I get it, kids cant be there, but what a way to get a lost mum all riled up! It was nice, but I wont stay there again

Very nice hotel! Clean and very comfortable-great restaurants, beautiful pool and sandy beach! We wish we could stay longer…. There’s a range of restaurants, from a casual food court to all types of upscale choices. We had to struggle to make a decision with which restaurant to choose!! There’s Starbucks in the lobby too! Beautiful property!!
