They did not allow me to change my stay for 2 weeks later. My wife made a mistake and booked the wrong date. I've stayed there for years. This will be the last time i book a room there. They could have easily helped us out. It was an honest mistake.

The property is beautiful very quiet and elegant. Three things I didn’t like about the property. First was the fact that they put a fully loaded fridge in your room and if don’t read the sign that’s on top of the fridge and go and touch or move anything inside the fridge you will be charge for it. Second thing was that our pillows where dirty and when the maid came and cleaned the she did a half ass job. Third thing was there was a concert at the football field and we where not advised that their would be a problem getting into the parking lot. It took us more than half an hour to get into the hotel parking lot.

The property is well maintained and staff is friendly and responsive. Location is convenient especially if you are attending an event at Allegiant Stadium. The only negative is that they did not disclose that you are charged if you utilize the in-room coffee maker. While not material it feels like they are just looking to squeeze what they can despite the high ADR and daily resort fee.
