Okay Hotel

An older hotel that is close to the convention center. It was ok. Would have liked to have maid service everyday. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food is average in the restaurant. Don’t bother with the buffet. Don’t think we would stay there again.

Let me start by saying this is a very old hotel. I don’t believe they have ever done any renovations to this property. BUT the staff were excellent very accommodating and very very nice especially Tim at the bar and Ricky at the desk. Outside of the cleanliness of the hotel our room was fantastic and the location of the hotel was great we had to be at the convention center every day and it was just blocks away and the location was still close to the strip with plenty of places to go There is a bar and restaurant and a small casino on grounds the food was great and my cousin won $1000.00 Playing a video poker game in the little casino All in all even though it could use a better cleaning I would probably stay there again rates are very reasonable too.

Older hotel off of the strip

Older hotel, but the bed was soft and the room was quiet and clean. Some wear and tear issues that haven't been dealt with but didn't change the functionality of the room.

We stayed here because our daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center, which is walking distance from this motel. Convention center parking is crazy expensive and a big hassle. The price for this place was a lot better than most of the other places in this area. The last night I got a call at three am from someone claiming to be at the front desk needing my credit card info. It turned out to be a scammer. Luckily I didn’t give the person my credit card info. For the price, you can’t expect much more than what you get. One of the other parents cancelled their reservation after they pulled up to the property.

Best place to stay at block off the strip

Over the past twelve years, i've averaged more than 35 night's per year. Yes it's a little old. Yes the carpets need to be changed. Yes, takes a while for the hot water to get it, to you. You know what?They don't hide those facts and they are making effort to fix it. No, it's not de bellagio, but it's got the heart of a family run business. So if that's what you're after, there's some comfort and a little soul, don't go anywhere else.

great staff not so great property

First off the staff was fabulously helpful, friendly and attentive. The general condition of the facility can only be described as shabby. The toilet was constantly running, and wouldn't completely clean out on a single flush, no clock radio, overly worn carpet. The 'oversized sitting' area was actually where the bed should have been, there once was kitchenette in the unit and was just covered over with some counter tops that essentialy made the space of no use what so ever. We will not be staying here in the future.
