I mean, I’ll be honest, I can’t see why is so cheap, you get what you pay for. First of all the room smelled like weed the whole time even though we don’t smoke at all, the ac was barely working but that’s something I honestly don’t mind, the biggest problem for me was having strangers arguing just right outside my room at 3 am, that felt really dangerous. Wouldn’t stay a second time.

The staff was friendly. Yes, I will give them that everyone was very kind and helpful. However, the tub in the room we were staying in was getting clogged every time someone took a shower. The tub was clogged. We did go to the desk and let them know that. There was also tiny roaches in the restroom. **Note** this hotel does not offer continental breakfast. They only offer complementary coffee in the morning.

Meh....

If you are traveling through vegas and just need a place to lay your head for the night, its fine. Anything beyond that I would consider else where. The buttons on the AC unit were all broken off so the room was sweltering in 100 degree heat. once I figured out the combo of broken buttons to push, after about an hour it was comfortable but house keeping turned it off when cleaning and I came back to a sauna. Since all i did was sleep and shower there, it was fine. If I needed to spend any more time there I would have found other accomodations. The staff were all VERY nice. Only other thing was wifi was advertised but none was available. Wouldnt have been that big of an issue but apparently the walls are made like faraday cages..ZERO cell service in the room. I dont know what year the photos were from, but my room looked like a 1992 version of whats in the photograph. I was suprised however, how quiet it was and how there were no shenannigans given its proximity to the strip, etc.

When me and my guest checked in at the lobby at 12:30, they said no rooms were available and everything was fully booked. we asked if we can check in early as almost most hotels in Las Vegas would allow an early check in. They stated the maids did not report what rooms were cleaned which was B.S. we waited until 3PM and magically there was rooms available. Don't come to motel 6 if you're in a hurry. It will be the last time I will book here. p.s I checked in early and paid, showed my id they still wanted me to show my ID again by 3PM check in to get my key card. Waste of time!

Pros: very friendly staff, pool was clean, bed was comfy, very affordable, walking distance to the strip. Cons: rooms on the small side, no microwave in room, loud environment due to road and airport nearby. Overall, good place to stay on a budget, would stay again if I needed to cut costs on a trip !
