I am a Vegas local. A friend came in town to attend the Usher concert and we wanted to avoid the post concert traffic and decided to book the closest hotel to the venue. Everything was OK. Bed was kind of uncomfortable, (you can feel the bed coils😖). Luckily, it was only for a night.

After travelling quite some distance we arrive to the hotel to find out they had no more king sized beds available even though that it was I paid for. My husband is 6’5 it’s more of a necessity than a preference. The lady at the front desk said since we were so late checking in (it was only 9pm) that our only option would be to try again tomorrow morning after 11 to see if any king sized bed rooms had come available. We weren’t wanting to sit around in our room until 11 while on vacation so didn’t bother trying to move rooms. Why have the option to select a bed preference if it’s just going to be given away to someone who didn’t? We were placed in a room with two queen beds, and worst of all was it was an adjoining room, which wouldn’t be horrible but you could literally hear their conversation. No sound proofing whatsoever. With it being Vegas they were obviously up very late and were extremely loud. I found it smelt quite heavily of cigarette smoke in comparison to some of the other resorts. I would not stay here again.

Room and everything was nice but we ended up locked out of our room for over 4 hours. Staff kept telling us someone would be there to meet us because our door needed batteries changed and we ended up sitting in the hallway for over an hour before going back downstairs only to find out from security that it was our actual key just needed reprogramming. They did refund us our resort fee and did as much as they could to make it right. Outside of that one mishap the rooms are great and well kept and staff is friendly.

this used to be a premier property - not any more. the only thing that shines are giant slots elevators and elevator area is dirty. Stupid little things that there is no excuse for. the button to push for the elevator is broken multiple elevators the light up botton for the floor you are going to is burnt out. hallway carpets are dirty even though we put out the do not disturb, they still came in. the brunch buffet is a joke front desk, conceriege, and bell staff - are great gallaghers was good, but way over priced "street" shops were good and quick i think you see the pattern
