Problem with elevators all weekend and the sign in kiosk was terrible, the roller-coaster outside was a little noisey and the walls are pretty thin everything else was great

I loved it but here's what you should know
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around this property. It was very hard to use the self check in. No matter how I tried, it just couldn't find me. The line wasn't very long so the check in process was quick. The gals checking us in were very nice Valet was great - my husband even forgot his phone in the car and they went and got it for him. The hotel was clean. The area where the stores and restaurants were are so cute! My friend said he had pizza there and it was great. We ate at the Italian restaurant (Il Fornaio) was great. America - the restaurant was awful! The rooms remind me of a SOHO boutique style room. So cute. The hallways are so cute and the security is great as your room key is your way into the elevator and no one can get on your floor with that floors key. Made me feel comfortable when I went up without my husband. Rooms have little amenities / space for a fridge, but no fridge, no place to lay your clothes while showering. Shampoo but no conditioner. Wouldn't keep from staying here again, just things you should know. No coffee in the room but lots of places to get coffee. So not a problem. Really easy to get to TMobile Arena and some great bars and restaurants as well Truly I was shocked at how much I liked staying here. We would stay here again

We had a blast staying here. Everything was a bit of xpensive (arcade, alcohol, food) so go get that stuff on the strip. Otherwise great location and perfectly comfortable room

The roller coaster was cool and the dining options were decent. The bathroom needed some maintenance repairs for the faucets and there is a spot for a fridge but no fridge. Coffee in the room would have been nice.

Lots of restaurants on site. Right next to hockey stadium. I had an issue with the toilet running late at night. It was taken care of within 30 minutes.

The NYNY is showing its age. It is a dark and smoky property compared to other nearby hotels. Our rooms had comfortable beds. I did not appreciate having to pay for parking on the way out. I do not plan to return. But in the future, if I was on a tight budget and caught a great deal, I would reconsider.
