One night in Vegas
We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day.

The room was pristine, with the only inconveniences being a lack of outlets for charging and lighting over the bed that didn't work. Everything outside of the room had a run-down feel, including the check-in area.

Hidden Gem
It's easy to miss this hidden gem located behind and across the boulevard from Mandalay Bay. Look for The Egg Shop, a popular breakfast spot, and the souvenir shop, it's right behind them. It's more of a typical motel set up but isn't missing any of the hotel comforts. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. Housekeeping upon request. Parking available in front of rooms. Nice outdoor seating area if you need a spot to relax for a bit. Close to the Mandalay Bay Aquarium, Pinball HOF, Las Vegas sign and the airport. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice overall. I only had an issue with the bathroom. It looks really old and outdated. The tub floor was discolored (yellow) instead of white. I almost wanted to shower with slippers.

Best Value for Allegiant Stadium
This is a great location if you are attending anything at Allegiant Stadium. Best value, if you are looking to get in and out of Vegas. The Front Desk lady and the security guard, were on it, making sure it was just guests on property. If you don't care about amenities and just need a clean room/bed, this is perfect.

The location was walkable to Allegient Stadium. The managers were very nice. The property was clean - our room smelled so fresh when we opened the door! Do note the coffee is available in the office not in the room. Also note that if the airport traffic is too loud at night the office has ear plugs available. We also learned that they have blow dryers upon request, and this info does not transfer to the Expedia site property amenity - one less thing to carry. The Egg Shop at the entrance is good they serve mostly egg sandwiches and burritos.
