First they asked for a $300 dollar deposit when on the receipt it says $75 dollars. Then our hotel floor smelled weed and smoke it was so nasty the smelled was terrible.

First, I was unaware of the parking fee for each day as that was not clearing posted . An additional 60 dollars for arming should have been included in the pricing upfront. The room was not clean, needed to be vacuumed. The tub had a clog . Maintenance came and drained it but the clog got worse while the shower was being used . Maintenance came a 2nd time and drained the tub but it left the bathtub really dirty. Maintenance told us they would send someone to clean the tub but they didn’t and we had to call the next morning to have someone clean it for us . Overall very disappointed and I will never stay there again based off of this experience

Key cards didn’t work. Elevator lines were huge. Called for towels 3 times, didn’t get them until a day after, after tracking down housekeeping. In room- Phones didn’t work, had to use cellphone to call guest services. Will look at other hotels in the future.

Hotel staff is rude, never got clean towles as requested. The ice machines are broken in almost all floors except for 2 in the entire property. Arrived at check in and the king bed was not available so the gave us to small full beds withour any discount for the room we paid. The deposit was $300 which is ridiclous!!!

Only one working elevator. Confusing paid parking. Cost me 40.00 to park for one night as a guest on top of the resort fees. No soaps in bathroom. Ac worked when it wanted to. Customer service was unhelpful

There was only one elevator working and it stopped on every floor if you were on a top floor you would wait for twenty minutes to get on an available lift . In four days my room was “cleaned “ one time that was to give new towels and two bottles of water the bed end tables were dirty . The staff was very nice and helpful

This is definitely a 'get what you pay for' hotel. What I liked: location (very close to MGM and the Monorail) and the customer service. I appreciated how I was treated amd the checking in to make sure I was enjoying my staff. What I didn't like: its dingy, outdated and in poor repair. The balcony door didn't open and was very dirty. One of the ice machines didn't work. The table tops were dirty and marked up. The list goes on.

I did not like that out of 3 elevators to get to my floor two of them were out of order.I know I stayed at your hotel within the last year. My guess is most likely over seven months ago. The elevators were broken in as well, but made this trip. A little bit more frustrating was apparently the service elevator was also broken. Often the elevator doors would open up and out would come a worker with a large bin of trash. Additionally, in my bathroom of my room, there was something small and sticky on the side of the wall near the sink that I cannot believe a housekeeper would not have caught during her normal clean. I did not like the new parking garage and how you had to pay for parking I understand for just anything there you wanna make sure you capture their funds, but as a guest of the hotel, we should’ve just paid the fee at the front desk and given a pass to put on our car. I have two additional reservations in the near future and I’m seriously considering canceling and booking at a different hotel. I just can’t see staying at a hotel that obviously is not concerned about upkeep and repairing things.

There is only one elevator that works to take you down and 1 stair case that is hidden that takes you out of the building.
