Hotel just needs renovated. It feels like a cheap beach hotel from the 90s. Only 1 elevator worked. When we checked out, we couldn’t get our receipt because they were going through an audit. It took at least 6 phone calls to get a receipt emailed to me.

Stayed two nights, our room didn’t get cleaned the second day. Did not get clean towels until we were checking out the last morning. The TV stations did not work, kept saying “no signal”. And the drain for the shower would not drain. Also had to fight everyone for elevators, they had elevators under maintenance. Remind me not to stay here again.

The place is rumoured to be slated for demolition, so let's start there: the lobby casino area stinks, we saw homeless people at the machines, the lobby is so noisy I could hardly hear neither the front desk clerk when I checked-in, nor the very unfriendly casino staff when we were trying to figure out how to gamble since we'd never done it. Parenthesis here: the front desk clerk was a sweetheart and when he found out it was our anniversary, he upgraded us to better rooms (keep that in mind when I talk about the rooms, LOL!). 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service, which is inconvenient when there are 18 floors, and the one working elevator was very small and a staff member was sitting in it 24/7 (we later found out it's because that one breaks down on a regular basis but they have a quick fix for it, but only if they are in it). Our room had a A/C that sounded like a tank was driving through and none of the buttons were working so we could not turn it off from there. When we told the head staff about it, they said they would send someone to fix it; no one ever came, I'm lucky my husband is very handy and found the kill switch. The shower curtain was missing, that was another request that I put it that never received any attention but I found an extremely friendly/efficient cleaning lady who go me fixed up, so we got our curtain in the end. The only 2 positive thing: we did have an amazing view and great beds. Worth noting, there is loud construction right beside from 7am

The parking is inconvenient- you have to pay on an app. The room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom had a cockroach and the front desk staff were rude. I called front desk multiple times from room and never got an answer. Would not recommend

Quite literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Super unsafe. Wires popping out of the walls by the elevators. Elevators didn’t function. Mattress had to be from the 60s and we didn’t have enough pillows or towels in our room for the amount of guests we had staying there. They didn’t fix it when we told them we needed more things. Mold and DUCT TAPE holding the bathroom together. Truly truly awful.

My experience staying here was not worth it. I was charged a resort fee on both Expedia as well as when I arrived to my hotel. They ask for a $300 temporary hold which I find to be A LOT especially considering the conditions of the property. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades and the property is not clean. Behind my tv there was a collection of dust, as well as a disgusting tv remote. The bathroom was also impossible to shower in and was just overall gross. Only one elevator worked for our building and it took us on average 10-15 minutes waiting each time we went up and down. There are 2 restaurants on property, a hooters as well as a steak and shake so not a lot to choose from. Our floor REAKED of cannabis and we complained and nothing was done. Yes this is a more affordable option but it’s almost not even worth it. It’s completely away from the strip, the casino is small, the rooms are disgusting I genuinely wouldn’t even walk on the carpet. I’ve stayed at the mirage, Mandalay Bay, as well as the MGM and I’d much rather be at any other casino I’ve tried than here. Customer service was some what decent but I’m trying to get my payment issues resolved with the resort fees and there phone number attached to their property is AWFUL. You can’t hear what they’re saying half the time because they’re phones suck. Also don’t bother trying to call the front desk, house keeping, or any other staff member via the phone provided in your room. Bedding is thin. UGH

When we would take a shower the water did not drain till the evening and dirty water would come back up and left the tub filthy also limited channels to watch on the tv i counted maybe 10 total.
