The first room had hair in the shower, the shower had no hot water, and the shampoo bottle was squeezed. In other words, the shampoo bottle was not full. I called the front desk three times, and in all those times that they answered, they mentioned someone would arrive to my room. When the guy came up after 40 min of my waiting, he mentioned my shower was clogged and I should receive a call from the front desk of where my next room would be. 15 min go by and I don't hear the phone ringing, so I go to the main desk and the employee mentioned they already switched my room :/ even though I never got a call. The second room had two bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms had green mold on it. I mentioned this to the front desk and he responded that it was wear and tear and some of the hotel showers have it. Sometimes the shower would be cool and not hot enough. The employees in the elevator pressing the button were very friendly, but one day the elevator kept closing and opening for 10 minutes. I didn't mind taking the stairs, but there were no stairs that went to the first floor:/ AC and bed were ok, there wasn't much of a view

Las habitaciones las paga uno por día, lo menso que espera es que hagan limpieza diario, y de mis 5 o 6 días que estuve solo dos veces limpiaron y a medias dejaron basura y la alfombra muy sucia, deberían de avisar cuando le dan habitación frente a una construcción el ruido de las máquinas desde las 6 de la mañana no deja dormir, las mañanas fueron terribles

For this hotel to be posted down the street from the strip and ass much money y'all make the ac system shouldn't be smelling like it is about to set on fire and should be able to afford to have a bell desk for people to be able to get some aid with there bags and the bathroom didn't have any hygiene really in stock in the bathroom as well

I checked in at 6 pm and the room keys won't work, it is a long walk to the top floors and then make your way, okey once I understand, told the staff, they said it will work this time, again long walk and it didn't work, third time again. Just saying sorry doesn't works, staff wasn't accommodating and then a staffer said oh the rooms have electronic key issue

Please read reviews and property policies BEFORE booking! - Yes, they are affordable, for a reason. A required $300 security deposit. - This location is NOT suitable for families with children or folks sensitive to smells. As soon as you walk in the place reeks of smoke, even the Steak n Shake restaurant. - You have to pay for parking, it is not included. - The rooms are very old, poorly cleaned, awful smell. I walked into the room and walked right out within 5 minutes to leave the hotel. A loss of $100 but it was worth it. Save yourself the money and stay somewhere else that is a bit pricier but in better conditions. - Staff was very kind, supportive, and helpful.

All the staff were kind and polite, so I was satisfied with that, but the room I was assigned to had no air conditioning, and it was like a steam bath, so I couldn't sleep, and it was not only not comfortable, but even uncomfortable. I thought about asking for a room change, but I checked in at 3am, so I gave up on the idea of ​​changing rooms.

We paid extra for the food/beverage voucher and game play that we never got. I told them ahead of time we would like an early check in because we were coming from Brazil. That was an up charge of $30 and there was no hot water in the room. We ended up leaving the same day. It was very disappointing

Good cheap location. Dont expect much else

What a depressing place. Staff and dealers etc all very nice and friendly. Great location for the money also so can’t knock that but rooms are tired and dreary, as is the casino area. Great for a budget stay if you want to be close to the strip but not spend any time in the hotel though. Bed was very comfy.
