The room smelled of urine and was very dirty. We arrived at check in time and the room wasn’t ready yet. We received a free drink ticket for our wait worth ten dollars each. Almost two hours later we had to go back to the desk even though we were told they would call us in about an hour to see if our room was ready. The room had just gotten “cleaned” so we were able to check in. The pool area was full of people’s garbage and so was the stairwell and general walking areas. We actually ended up leaving very shortly after checking in due to the condition of the place.

I like that the room was real close to Fremont Street. I didn’t like that the room did not look like the room in the pictures on the website. I also didn’t like that there was a 24 hour club bar at the bottom of the hotel and you have to show ID or your room key every time you simply walk in and at the hotel that’s a bit of a hassle.

The room had a bad odor. They did not have a fridge or iron in the room. The bathroom had hair all on the door. Cracks were shown through out the bathroom floor/borders, it was overall dirty. House keeping provided us with towels that were stained. Front desk was no help with complaints.
