The flooring was separated and coming apart in the room. The shower had mold growing over the caulking. Seemed like I was the only occupant. Staff was friendly enough but stripped bedding immediately looking for bed bugs ( there was none ). All in all I was disappointed

People that work there. I don’t smile kind of rude not very nice kinda like your interrupting him. They won’t even let you check in like 12 minutes early. Yeah the other smaller hotels around there have a lot better service.

Sweet hotel!
Nice little hotel hotel next door to Downtown Grand. My flight arrived early and wanted to check my bags but i was able to check into my room early. Hotel was clean and very noce for the price. Ja'Niya at the front desk was wonderful!

If I can give them no stars I absolutely will!! I hated it sooo bad this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Motel 6 is better than this. They didn’t have a microwave or fridge in sight. I asked them and they told me there was none on the property for guest. You would think with all the money you pay you would have one! All of the workers was rude asf! This was supposed to be a birthday celebration but they made it suck! You’re paying for property amenities when they don’t have anything. I didn’t enjoy it one bit! I would have rather stayed at a hostile or something over this place! They said it’s a casino didn’t see one nowhere in sight. We was going out and wanted to stop and look at the vending machine and the weak ass security guards gon tell us we have to keep going we can’t stop in the club unless we check in! I do not recommend

I was greeted by Sabrina, service is good. The only good thing is the location it’s 5 minutes away from the strip. The hotel ac is loud, beds are uncomfortable, restrooms are small, the toilet you have to wait awhile for the water to refill to flush. The hallways smell muggy and it’s hot, and the rooms have a weird smell and you can hear your neighbors loud and clear.

We Loved the location to Freemont Street. Area felt safe. Parking was convenient.. The area is in walking distance of a lot of restaurants and clubs also easy to uber around Las Vegas from this area. Property was clean, updated and great price compared to staying closer to the Strip. We would definitely stay again.

The bathroom need to be renovated we slept in room 301 the toilet is very old the sink and everything in the bathroom needs to be changed the bed is old too makes noise room cleaning only on request has to be changed cos room is very old
