I liked everything about the stay with the exception of the length of time to check in. I thought it was inordinately long and there was a substantial waiting line with just two agents checking people in. Other than that all was fine!

We asked for an upgrade at check in and was offered the executive suite on the 21st floor, it was by far the most comfortable and spacious room we've stayed in, beautiful view and all the amenities we needed, needless to say....we enjoyed the space.
