I express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent stay at Palace Station. Despite my reservation being active and it not yet being checkout time (before 11 a.m.), housekeeping staff prematurely assumed I had checked out, apparently due to the absence of luggage in the room. Without any confirmation or authorization from me, they removed all of my personal belongings from the room, including unused drinks and souvenirs I had purchased from the hotel’s own store. When I returned from breakfast to collect my things, I was shocked to find everything gone. It took considerable effort to even reach housekeeping. Eventually, they returned only some of my items—one drink and the souvenirs—but the rest were either discarded or kept by staff. This is both unacceptable and unethical. To make matters worse, hotel security was dispatched to inform me that I could not be in the room, despite the fact that I had not checked out and was simply trying to retrieve my belongings. I was essentially treated as if I had done something wrong, and they waited outside the room to ensure I left. This treatment was humiliating and distressing. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, the violation of my privacy, and the mishandling of my possessions.

Great Except for the Bathroom

First, let me point out that I’m blonde. Why that is important is in the bathroom, the toilet and shower obviously had not been cleaned, because there was black hair everywhere. Aside from the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the front desk was very accommodating.

Staff is very rude. They have attitude and they would want to charge you for everything. They try to trick you by saying that there is not available Non smoking room but as soon as you say you are willing to pay extra they suddenly and magically have a room available. I tried to complain yo the manager and she kept me on hold on the phone for over 45 mins. Would NEVER book here again.
