I paid for a corner room with a king bed and didn’t get either. The room had two queens with an alley view. They couldn’t move me to the room I paid for. This was for my girlfriends birthday, not happy about the service

I booked for a 2 bed at the versailles tower pool view, with more than 400 square feet room , and of course there was a reason why i booked that said room, bigger and the view… the hotel gave us a reg 2 beds, not a pool view . They charged me more than 700$ for that room for 3 days. I asked if we could move room but the front desk said they can change it with additional 150$ a night which is kinda too much for our budget. If we only knew that was the room given i should have just booked it for half what we I have paid for.

Worse experience ever. I had to call multiple times during the day for housekeeping and they never came until 2am when I needed to sleep. the room was dirty.. No water in the room. Room was dusty, No microwave.
