We had such a nice stay this week! At checkin MJ, I think was her name, was awesome. She took the time to explain the amenities and then offered us an upgrade that we couldn’t refuse! 3 nights in the Calais Suite was incredible. The pool was nice, busy because of the heat, and closed unexpectedly early due to an event happening. Other than that, it was a great stay. Would be amazing if smoking was limited to outside, and designated areas only, as that was a major detractor to staying at the hotel for meals, gambling, events, etc. Overall a great week away. Thank you so much!

I reported a leak in my room toilet maintenance. Came to check it out after they left. They left all contaminated towels on the bathroom floor. Super dirty will never book again very disappointed.

Property is ok. Dated and why do they not have a coffee machine in the room?? TV kept breaking but not there for tv so ignored it. Staff in the bar downstairs were rude. Great location though careful what room you book. The two king corner rooms I paid extra for had amazing views of car parks…. Should have stayed elsewhere. Do better hotel!!

What's not to like about Paris hotel and casino? One feels like you're in a chic boutique hotel. Location is great. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an upgraded, Eiffel tower, strip, pool view room at a discount price during check in. Was even able to see part of the Bellagio fountain show. Only negative aspect to this room.......the windows were filthy on the outside making it hard to get any desent photos. But all in all, a great place to stay.

Worst stay on the strip

First of all we had bed bugs in room 3066. They didn’t really do anything about it except move us to another room. No compensation, not even a phone call. The rooms had a lot of dust. The food was more over priced than similar hotels on the strip and the quality wasn’t good. I couldn’t even get a good cappuccino at a french themed hotel. Also, the slots were tight. I’ve stayed at a half dozen different hotels in the strip. This one was my least favorite.

There was not much about to like the property. Every hallway carpets going to the room's looks dirty, stained, ripped some of the area of the carpet were buckling up. I would not pay more than $20 per night to this place. Paid $360.60 for Wednesday night. Their in house phone system terrible, if the front desk couldn’t here you well they just hang the phone on your face. Not everyone but there are some rude employees working there. Button line I wouldn’t recommend this place anyone.

Stayed at The Paris with two friends. Mobile check in was super easy and we weee all checked in and had our keys in less than 5 minutes. Casino, stores, restaurants and common areas were all very clean and always had a great vibe. Room was clean, but are staring to show their age a little bit. The location was excellent, easy walking and access to mono rail. Already making plans to go back with my family and will consider this location our top option.

Everything was good. We were a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a kerig or coffee in the room. The view from the south strip rooms was not great. I would recommend the other tower for a better view. Apparently the Bordeaux tower is not as upgraded as the other towers. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Gambling was good, great casino.

I liked the look and feel of the hotel. The pool was wonderful. We ate at almost all the restaurants and it was good, especially Alexxas and Mon Ami Gabi. The Grab and Go options at Cafe Belle were insanely expensive. A little piece of cake at Cafe Americano was almost $16, insane. Our room was ok, the furnace made a LOUD rattle every time it turned on that scared us. The shower was HUGE but the water was like a weak stream. The door to the fridge wouldn't stay closed and the fridge kept freezing our items no matter what shelf. Housekeeping never came one day and we were short of bath towels EVERY day of our stay. The wait to check out was crazy long wit only 3 people working the front desk. To be honest, the hotel could have done better and we were somewhat disappointed.
