Worst service I’ve ever had. I forgot an item after checking out and called to ask where would I need to go pick the item up and was told I had to pay a $30 late checkout fee in order to pick my item up so my items where held for ransom and I lost my item not wanting to pay for my item after having it held hostage. After talking to the supervisor and being hung up on for asking for an explanation as to how they can treat guest this way

Loved the location of the property. Very convenient and walkable. Would like to see a coffee maker in the room. Would also like to see shampoo, conditioner and bath soap containers in the shower so as to not waste so much plastic on those little containers that are left in the room. Every hotel we stayed at the last two weeks had them in the shower except for yours.
