There were cockroaches in the bathroom the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom The bathroom was very dirty your helicopters were flying right over the hotel I requested a refund they said it had to be done through you they have approved it on their end

Park Inn by Radisson is a bait-and-switch. This is a barely suffient Motel 8. Pros: Bar of soap, clean towels, warm shower, TV. Cons: Noisy highway and shady parking lot activity all night long. Wanted heaftier lock and barred windows.

Ok... you get what you pay for right? Lets start.. staff was fine, i hardly seen them except when i went to the office so its was fine, they were friendly and never gave me any issues. The rooms... oof. I seen the reivews of bugs and what not so i wasnt so shocked to see roaches, not even the big ugly ones. Just the smaller ones that kinda look like crickets. I stayed dor a week and seen MAYBE 6... if that. I was more upset at the lack of fridge or microwave but looking as how small the rooms are... it makes sense not to have them. Gave us an excuse to try new things anyways (i recommend sicilys pizza its 24 hours delivery 7/10) in order to save a tiny bit of money we went to walmart and got a cooler bag, got some sandwich stuff and drinks Bathroom.. you get room 149.. dont look up when showering, this is also where we had our most roach encounters. You dont get many towels so id say being one yourself. Also, they only give you two little bars of hotel soap.. bring your own everything with this one unless you want to buy it from a vending machine in the laundry room. The bed... HARD very uncomfortable also you only get one blanket and a sheet and even tho that blanket is thin.. its pretty warm. Pack accordingly i guess. Outside our room... ok so you see alot of the iconic buildings from this old place, the pyramid, cosmopolitan, gorgeous mountains.. but also crappy construction and kinda sketchy people hanging out in the area either at the hotel or just walking around.

When we arrived, the parking was 30-40% full and the guy asked us if we wanted a room at the floor level or on the second floor. We took a room and 10 minutes later we could hear a dog barking non stop in the other room, we could also hear the sink, the toilet or showers of others. We return at the desk to ask politely for another room and they told us they were full and couldn’t find any other rooms as we watch other clients arrived and the half empty parking around 9pm. I told the guy that offered me a room at the upper floor that I would like to have it and he told me that they didn’t have one and that he proposed that for politness earlier. Everything was so tight, no place to put your bags, the ac unit was 1ft away from the bed and at the exact height, really not a good design or experience for a cosy stay.

Construction all around the neighborhood of the Park Inn, noisy, road detours with cones, difficult to find and enter the property Room was good for the price….. I appreciate a great bargain and this was definitely one in Las Vegas close to their big Airport!!!

This property is a Motel 6 that is now being rebranded. Unfortunately the level of cleanliness has not improved, as I encountered a couple of roaches in my room during my thankfully short stay. Management - while you're changing things up, please clean this property!!

Cheap but ok.
You get what you pay for. This place is very inexpensive. But it's outdated, and worn out. At this time major construction was just outside and it made it difficult to walk to the strip. Smelled like weed all the time. AC worked on and off. A convenience store is very close and has everything you would need. Pet friendly. The staff was awesome.
