If you going to a show or sporting event, this is the spot. The No Mad Hotel is very dark.....kind of spooky....other than that, we've stayed here before.

Good stay despite nonexistent registration service
Better decoration and feel than MGM Grand for sure, so I am glad I booked this instead of where my conference took place. I like that the property is non-smoking, so you don't have to walk through that stench either in the hotel or casino sections. I do think the service was lacking, the registration desk seems to not wanting to provide service. The hotel tries to make you do everything via the phone/text, so it was disappointing to be charged a resort fee per night for such lackluster "credit." The room was nice with 2 queen beds as booked, the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was not bad.

Rooms are small. Could hear my neighbors talk and they were not talking loudly, heard their tv, heard coughing sneezes and people walking up and down hallway. Even through Orbitz you pay a resort fee and valet charge, this place feels more like a motel and the room interiors right out of a 70’s horror film. The staff didn’t seem to care much about anything especially helping with any information. The only benefit to this hotel is its proximity to other properties. Definitely not worth the price, Circus Circus would have been about the same.

The king rooms were clean and nice. Bathrooms very nice. The room wasn’t ornate but a very good value. My friends got a suite which was absolutely adorable. Lots of good dining options, loved the nice big Starbucks in the morning. Great bar in the dining area to meet up as a prelude to dinner.
