It was my first time staying at Park MGM. I chose it because of the non-smoking environment and with my son turning 21 we didn't want to be amongst clouds of smoke. So, kudos, big time for the non-smoking environment. Also, huge kudos for the amazing food and selections inside the actual resort. From Bavettes to Best Friend to Eataly to Side Betty's, everything was great. Most of the resort staff were super gracious, but, per usual, there were always the typical Vegas don't care attitudes as well. As far as the amenities are concerned, the pool was terrific and there were plenty of options for entertainment. My biggest gripe comes to the actual room. What sort of hotel room doesn't have a fan in the bathroom? My son and I, a lot of food, and some drinks. With a bathroom with no fan. Secondly, when MGM took this over I believe from the old FB or MC, they really could have used doing some sound reinforcement on the walls. This was not a situation where I had loud neighbors. To the contrary, they were a nice family. It's just after staying next to them, I know everything about them. For over $400 on a peak night, you would think comfort would be something you could count on after a long Vegas day or night. This is something I won't take for granted from my stays in other resorts . It's a shame because the non-smoking is such a plus. I really wanted this to be my go-to to to take family. Doubt I'll be back to stay but will most definitely come back to eat.

I checked in past midnight, went to settle in my hotel room. The water had stopped working along with other many rooms. The bathroom isn’t cleaned well, wallpaper peeling off. I am dissapointed

Haven’t stayed at the Park MGM in years and I gotta say the new rooms and layout are very nice and modern looking. The eatily restaurant is a nice touch with very interesting food. Service was nice and very professional. Only problems I had were when I asked for additional towels they did arrive after 45+ minutes. Another situation (as far as I remember reading on the room description l) was the lack of drawers and no mini fridge which made it sort of annoying as me and my wife has bought items that needed to be refrigerated. I wish it said somewhere in the room description (again not sure if I missed it or not) about no mini fridge being provided in the room. Another negative thing was the shower having mold on the walls and the sponge holder being broken. Again these are just negatives but in the end the stay was very nice and would maybe consider again in the future but as of now not any time soon.
