It's very conveniently located, of course, just off the Strip with a wide variety of eats and shops right at the property. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear, e.g. carpet at entry to our room was weel worn and the heater wasn't working. To the hotels credit they sent a man within an hour to fix it. The price was fair even if we had to pay for parking. If I went back to Vegas I would try to find a different place at the same price point but wouldn't be totally disappointed to go back to the Park MGM.
