Planet Hollywood was a good place to stay and convenient places to eat and shop the only suggestion I have is that you should put at least 1 microwave on each floor by the ice or maybe every other floor.

Never again at this hotel

Firstly, when arriving at 6pm, the self check-in machine told me to come back later because my room wasn't ready. I returned and spoke to a desk clerk who was unfriendly and hurriedly assigned me another room. The room had someone's shirt in the closet, food in one of the drawers, and stains on one of the walls. One of the beds had a large hole in the one of the sheets. This would have been too obvious to miss during housekeeping.

AC was horrible. It was 115 outside and felt like 100 inside the room. Manager was rude. We had called maintenance twice and still nothing, couldn't get fixed. Called reception told us to go to front desk to switch rooms. When at front desk manager refused to switch us stating AC was fine and there was no available rooms on a Wednesday. All rooms have been full. We were not asking for an upgrade just to switch rooms to a functioning AC and still manager refused and started giving an attitude. Other than that, room was clean. Water pressure on shower was great 👍.

We didn't care for the parking, had to walk a distance if you didn't pay for valet. Confusing layout of the casino trying to get to your room, getting out of the front door because of the mall. Room key hardly worked for the elevator, everyone had a hard time.

Nice Casino

Hotel was conveniently located in the center of strip. Miracle mile shops were nice with a variety of stores. Good food options in hotel and nearby.
