Door lock battery died and had to sit outside the room for 30 min at 2am before security could let us in. You’d think they’d privately check that stuff so guests aren’t impacted. After that my key worked sporadically so again needed to get help at 2am the following night. Our room was also right next to the pool which starts deep base house music around 8am. Couldn’t be in the room unless you wanted to listen to that.

We checked in and our room was dirty and very dusty but we called it in and they came in right away but idk then I just felt a dirty vibe all around but we had a view of the Bellagio fountains so that was nice :) overall location is amazing but it does need some upgrades as things are falling apart like the sink faucet was loose and wallpaper was coming off and carpets were dirty,so our stay here was ok and would not stay here again and not family friendly

Excellent location in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip! A lot of restaurants and shopping options. The rooms were acceptable, but not as trendy & up to date as advertised. I loved the view of the Sphere from out Suite. I would recommend and stay again.

My wife stepped in feces, which was tracked through the center of the casino floor. The city view was barely that. Checking in and out took hours in the process is extremely difficult. The slot machines are broken and not in good condition, in this casino had the worst Air quality out of all of them we went to on the strip. Even after paying for early check-in in late checkout, we returned home only to have additional fees charged to my credit card, even after having a receipt in my hand after checking out for a completely different amount. The drinks were extremely weak and disgusting and that was only if and when you were able to get a server to come take your order while you were gambling either at the tables or the slot machines. Massagers were great, but extremely overpriced. Needless to say this place whenever in my business again. For the amount of money that we spent there, stepping in feces and being purposefully overcharged, this is sickening.

We have stayed here several times in the past. We bought a room on the king size bed And receive a room to queen size beds The room could have been cleaner They handle on the shower door is very loose My girlfriend enjoys poolside. Only one pool was open There is a wave/surfing. Pool was not an operation. I get it everything cost extra on the strip Was taken back by having to rent a lawnchair or $20 a day to sit by the pool I am not a complainer, but these things were lacking We did enjoy Our stay To be super friendly and helpful I will definitely think twice before booking Planet Hollywood again

We didn’t like that the parking is so far from the hotel. A lot of walking to get to check in and carrying bags was trying.

This hotel, not sure if others also, prices have gone up. I get inflation, but if your going to raise your prices you shouldnt also remove perks. For example: room service now has to be requested in order to have room cleaned and before they would allow guests to enter sauna areas as a perk of staying with them and now that also is removed.
