They let us check in early and arranged a late check out for 80 dollars. Room was big and very comfortable and clean. Perfect location and staff were nice. If you gamble there was plenty of free drinks

The experience was horrible I ended up having to pay out of pocket for my rooms because hotels.com did not make payment to the property I was told that they only received a portion of the payment when I have a receipt from hotels.com saying I paid the full amount on January 27th so I will be filing a claim and I expect to get reimbursed and I will never use you as a third party again it was the worst experience of my life it took us 3 hours to check in and I'm still missing $1,000 somewhere

I was excited to stay at the plaza hotel because of other reviews but I was very disappointed. The room I was assigned was very dirty with trash behind the tv, there was lips imprinted on the window and the shower looked very dirty. Did not have a pleasant experience.

I had a very poor experience gambling one morning. As I just had a preference in chips and the pit boss was in disgust and commented "Why do you have to be so complicated." Your team needs to be educated on player experience as my ask was not out of control and almost normally reasonable in any situation.

Hotel room review

Pillows used to be bigger but now the room comes with 2 small pillows per person and when asked for more I was told that only can give one more extra pillow per person. Only received one extra pillow instead of 2. When it was brought up to me and my boyfriend. When taking a shower need to wait 10 minutes for the water to actually get hot. I used to stay in this hotel a lot some years ago but now it just looks run down and old.
