Nice spatious room that was clean. Was fairly impressed with it. Only problem was the elevators took forever. Almost waited 15 mins when we arrived at the property for it to bring us up to the room. Nice staff, valet price realisitc.

I loved the location, it was walking distance to everything. My husband and I were in Vegas to attend a concert at T-Mobile arena and the girl was half a mile away, very close walking distance. I like how clean the room was, so inviting with all the things I need, it’s too bad i was there just one night, I really loved it! It’s my 2nd time staying at Hilton Polo towers and I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Overall good and clean room. The elevators were very slow and malfunctioning which affected the experience. The vallet parking was unnessecary and expensive, would have been nice to have an alternative to park your own car instead. Even if the vallet parking service was good. Close to the strip which was nice.

I liked the balconies and our suite. I didn’t like that the elevator numbers did not align with what floor we were actually on. I also didn’t like how long it took to catch an elevator to go down/up.

While the outside is in construction the property has a couple of good things; it’s located perfectly and in walk distance to many places. The pool in the top floor is beautifully kept and somehow it’s the best part of this property. The rooms are absolutely rundown. Bathroom was the worst. It’s a shame to be called Hilton… I have stayed in similar properties, this one is the worst. Horrible bedding. And the toilet absolutely disgusting. Not and old toilet just super dirty. I will try to submit a picture.

The property is close to everything. Prime location, walking distance to everything you need. no self parking, valet only. The convenient store is a plus, it is a home away from home.
