The property was better than expected with such a reasonable price. The staff was great very attentive when something is needed. Had problems with tv and they stayed until it was completed. My only concern I had was the bathroom not being throughly cleaned. It was not bad but I notice anything and check everything since that was once my profession. The shower has hair still on the tub and tub tiles that was from previous stay. Never mentioned it to them due to the fact we were so exhausted and didn’t want Escalade nothing any further. Other then that it was a great stay

We stayed in a King Suite with a pull out sofa for 7 nights. The room was very clean, looked to be newly renovated. The room was very spacious basically the size of a small one bedroom appartment and well appointed. We had a full kitchen with one of everything we needed. The bathroom was large including a large tub. Only downside was the tub sides were high so if you have mobility issues that could be difficult but there were bars to hold onto. Bonus points for having big fluffy towels that actually wrap around a bigger body. The room was also nice and quiet, there seemed to be a big group next door and we didn’t hear them when we were in our room. The staff were very nice. They asked twice daily if we needed any services via text and responded quickly when we needed something. They also allowed us to check out late and offered us suggestions whenever we asked about something. The property was nice. Well equipped gym, free laundry and the pool area looked nice (it was too cold to use it when we were there). The only downside was some construction around the building made it a bit longer to get out to the road when walking but it wasn’t too bad. It was nice to stay on the strip but in a more calm and relaxed place compared to the casino hotels. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was horrible and guest services weren't very accommodating. Had to request additional bedding to make a bed to sleep on floor. The bed in room has a bad dip in middle and cause me to have severe back spasms. This was reported multiple times but after the 3rd I was able to get additional bedding to sleep on floor. Nobody addressed or even asked if there was anything that could have been done to correct me sleeping on the floor for 3 days.

Great value and service on the strip.
Affordable place that is clean with fantastic amenities right off the strip. Got a room with a kitchen and was able to prep our meals which saves from strip extortion. Staff was lovely and helpful. The hidden gem of the strip.

This property is off the strip one long block, and buried behind a construction zone. You need to walk out to get anything except their on site convenience store. The walk out isn’t a great one either until you get right to the strip, and then you can cross to Aria and Cosmo, or have some options before you cross.

Not luxury but great for fanilies
It’s definitely not the luxury of a resort casino but perfect for children and very walkable, perfect for what we needed with a 12 year-old 15-year-old 19-year-old and one ax adult.

Our family had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers. The hotel is conveniently located on the strip - walking distance to shops, casinos, and events and the pick-up for tour buses. The rooms were clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The check-in was efficient and polite, and check-out was quick. We look forward to staying at the hotel again in our next visit to Las Vegas.
