I like the red rock but this time was room wasn't the cleanliness,really dusty and shower had hair in it and my privacy was invaded because I asked for privacy and housekeeping went in my room when I left and I felt very disappointed. Hopefully I when I come back it will be better

I was pleasantly surprised by the resort. Check-in process was seamless and friendly. Staff interactions were great overall. Usually I stay on the strip, but I knew I wanted to relax and play keno and slots and not walk around too much. Good selection of food options as well. I would definitely stay there again.
