Uber seems to be a service that the staff don’t realize how far the exterior walk is to where Uber is permitted to pick up clients. The signs are fe2zand ambiguous ‘ shared ride’…With the Las Vegas scorcher heat, the long winding walk in rear service areas ( which bring one back to the main front entrance is not good. Thanks Everything else I want to say matches my survey replies.

B day from Hell

The room stay was adequate but not quite the wow feeling you would expect in staying in a suite. The blinds inside the room were warped.. seem a bit dated. Will not stay at this hotel ever again due to the poor service at the Casbar lounge. I was ignored as a patron at the bar from the servers on July 21 st. I tried to celebrate my birthday. Memorable but in the wrong way. Poor service and in fact some servers at the bar might even be prejudice to certain guests. I felt unwelcome as an African American. Be careful with your stay!

If you like to have option on eating this is not the place for you. The restaurant for eating all open after 5pm. You have one cafe a pool grill and a starbucks to try to find food to eat. The pool is a joke. A hotel with that many people have a pool the size of a trailer. So if you want to swim and enjoy the pool and eat before 5pm this is not the place to be. Everything else was ok. The monrail train is conveniently located at the hotel. Its quite and on the end of the strip.
