A nice room for a reasonable price. I hope Vegas scales back resort fees, they are just unrealistic. I like the free parking and the monorail stop. Staff were all very nice.

Overall, our stay was pretty average or basic we needed a hotel last minute and for the price I feel like we got exactly what we paid for the staff was polite and courteous nothing over the top no initiative to go above and beyond my personal opinion I forgot to look to see if the room would have a microwave, but it did come with a refrigerator surprisingly there’s no microwave downstairs anywhere to reheat food purchase at the casino restaurant which I just think is kind of weird. So I went to the front desk to ask the staff I was told I had to eat all my food that I purchased at the restaurant crazy, right. What I recommend yes what I say again personally no.

Moldy shower , dusty room
We stayed in a room that was not upgraded , the shower was moldy. I called guest services to assist the situation they said they will send cleaners when I got back in my room there was still visible mold. I called again very inconvenient they changed my room and it was much smaller they mentioned the bed would be bigger and it wasn’t . This was a family trip for my sons 5th birthday and I was unsatisfied with the quality of room I understand we weren’t in an upgraded room but they could have changed my room from the first time I called letting them know there was visible mold.

Nice rooms clean up to-date furnishings. Sahara needs to give guest more incentives for being guest. Stayed on New Year’s Eve, they didn’t give guest anything not even a party favor to celebrate in their facility. Free drink coupon at least. They charged resort fee but unable to enjoy the amenities because it was reserved for high reward players. Other than that, the room was very nice hotel was just as nice as one the higher level hotel on the strip. I would stay again. But Sahara give your guest something for choosing to stay at your hotel. Free play coupon or 1/2 off drink or meal, something!

Room is nice but sink was too small for two people. Also I was not able to wash hands after finishing using bathroom ( as sink is outside of door) was a bit odd. Bed is comfortable and everything worked well. Charging station is bit out of date. Access to monorail was well organized and I liked that I do not have to go through the whole length of hotel to get to the station. I was a bit disappointed that they did not allow us early check in but asked for an extra money or early check in.

Loved the property. Would of loved having a microwave in the room, a couple of nights we had left over food, but weren't able to eat it cold. Other than that Rooms, Service were great. Loved that it was a little off the beaten path and amazing having the monorail for this property.
