We got in and they needed to put us in a smaller room due to availability. Even though it was out of season and they could accommodate. Anyway. The lady asked if they put us in a smaller room for one night on Sunday we could move to an upgrade due to the inconvenience AND they would also give us $75 towards food vouchers. We said okay. Well here is where it went downhill. Next day, I told the gentleman at the desk what we were told. He smiled and said okay. We get to our room and it was not an upgrade. It was what I originally paid for. Which I don’t mind getting what I paid for but don’t inconvenience us and tell us you are going to upgrade us and not. That is horrible hospitality. On top of that, the rooms are not clean. We get in and theirs chips on the window sill, chip crumbs on the floor and the shower was not clean. They also do not clean the elevators daily. Which is disappointing and disgusting. I get a text asking how I would rate them and they offered for a clean or to move rooms. Which again would be another inconvenience to move. We didn’t want the clean right then due to us not putting our belongings in the safe and we were in Utah at Zion during this text conversation. We never got another option of cleaning. I had to ask for it. We spent 7 days in the hotel for 3 people. I will not use those same towels that long. People that work there are not friendly. It’s not clean. So, it’s unfair to claim as a 5 star hotel. Won’t stay again. Not that they care.

The property is beautiful. Our last morning at the hotel, my husband and I had cold showers. You would think a hotel that large would have enough hot water for everyone. A $50 resort fee, REALLY. Why can’t hotels charge a person if they want to use the pool, gym, spa, or shuttle instead of charging me $50 for things I don’t use.

Best hotel out in Vegas
Perfect spot. The hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing and attentive. Whenever we asked for something they would respond immediately. Free self parking / valet. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Best hotel I have stayed at. Will definitely stay here next time at Vegas.
