We love this hotel. The inside of it is so pretty and not many people don’t know. The show is cute and the staff makes it top. We stay in hotels constantly and I love the staff here, always so kind and willing to help. Alisha is the manager and she is ALWAYS so soooo kind no matter how late it is or what issues anyone has. As a business owner, I appreciate people who are emotionally intelligent and do customer service with kindness, respect, tolerance and understanding. I really appreciate her and she makes for the hotel always to be our choice, especially when we have last minute plans.

The only down side was we had to leave the on-site sit down restaurant due to lack of staff. It was the bar tender making drinks and trying to serve 6 tables on just one side

Better signeage to get to motel registration. Parking for motel is away, away, since there is no known security for parking and the sign that says they are not responsible for "Your" problems with theft or break-in despite numerous security personnel on duty. Wouldn't recommend this place for travelers grabbing one night, for a several night stay a resort motel would have to be your cup of tea. No coffee machine in the room and Dunkin Donuts does not show on the digitally provided map. The bed was firm and the pullows were good but the linens were like butcher paper, stiff and not comfortable. Good TV, perfect size about 50 inch. Lots of people apparently like these kinds of "resorts" so bring a lot patience then just smile and say excuse me.

My and I were very pleased with our stay. The only thing that I say is the low water pressure while taking a shower. But, I understand it is set up that way for water conservation.
