Our room was large, however the bathroom was terrible. I cant believe the bathroom is to code! Toilet was 2 inches from sink cabinet, absolutly no room. no towel hangers. outdated color scheme, had a beautiful view of the trash area and storage. upon entering the hotel reception area, you are hit with cigarette smoke. not a well ventilated area. the staff at the 24 hr restaurant and Charcoal grill were very friendly and attentive. Our Bed was comfortabe except for the pillows.

First, when checking in the computer kept going down and after 15 minutes we could finally get checked in. This was at 3:00am and we were tired and just wanted to sleep. But after walking to our room the whole hall reeked of marijuana and after getting in our room it still smelled. The guy in the next room who was doing it was coughing and choking so loud we just couldn't take it. We packed and decided to leave this hotel. We told the front desk and he said he might get someone to go up and look. Also he wouldn't give us a refund.

The staff is great but the building itself is just ok. Casino floor is very smoky, food options are middle of the road and so are the rooms. But the price for our stay was not much. Certainly a budget friendly hotel.

1st of all, I arrived about 1.5 hrs prior to official check-in time and although my room was ready, they charged me an early checkin fee. I asked if they could waive it but was told “no”. I had to be at a funeral by 2, so I went ahead and paid. My friend also staying at the hotel and arrived before I did, was waived the early check-in fee. Completely unfair and, I feel, discriminatory. Also bed was very worn, practically on the ground and uncomfortable.
