The price was really good for the location and the room. The parking was free which was amazing. The only negative part was the Virgin hotel employees were on strike and the hotel was blasting music so people won’t be able to hear the protestors. It was loud when you were outside and entering the hotel but once you entered the lobbies you couldn’t hear it. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom door didn’t lock but I didn’t mind that with my partner. Overall pretty nice/cheap suite definitely worth the price.

Good price, but it is low quality. The room felt dirty and fridge was disgusting. Breakfast was horrible. Dont add it to your stay. Go somewhere to eat if you can. The manager is great. He cleaned the fridge. The room size was good. Probably won't stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating to put us in the back away from the street noise as downstairs instead of up. Unfortunately the room smelled very musty & the shower had a steady drip which was causing mold & mildew to grow in the shower.

I really wanted to love this property because the staff were great. However, our room was terrible. Half the power outlets didn’t work and after an hour of their maintenance people troubleshooting they determined the breaker was broken and gave us a power strip with extension cord. The room was pretty clean but the hallways to get to the room were very grimy. The saving grace for this place was definitely their front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful.

I stayed at serene with my wife frequently for concerts and shows in Vegas. We find it to be really low-key and convenient. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The showers are good. The Virgin is right across the street and we like it sports book. The serene staff are very friendly and helpful recently. We had a reservation issue with our reservation and it was booked through Expedia and they were kind enough to help us check out early and resolve our refund issues. If you’re looking for a low-key place to stay, that’s comfortable in Vegas I would recommend the serene any day.

The whole hotel seems like everything is bandage fixed. Doors, buttons, are all falling apart. Room was pretty clean but their bed was not comfortable and blanket sheets was so thin it did not keep us warm overnight

F1 weekend
Very convenient for the F1, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only disappointment was the ac room was loud and so was the room refrigerator. Checking in was fast and easy which was super plus.
