My brother was traveling home from Thailand and had his wallet stolen. I had booked him this room and upon arrival the lady at check in laughed in my brothers face for not having a card to put on file. She refused to take a card over the phone and refused to provide her name or get a manager. This experience was absolutely terrible. We will never stay here again and we will be contacting corporate.

The front desk girls were rude and they were rude to everyone once you get to know them and you become friends with them then they're not so rude but just off the bat you could tell some of them are over working there security is weird apparently it's a locals hang out so a lot of local people from Vegas that want to gamble will come in there nowhere near the strip I only stayed there because I was there for SEMA and we wash all our show trucks across the street in an empty abandoned lot behind Chick-fil-A across the street that was the only reason for staying here it hooked me in with a $17 deal and then it was a $45 resort fee taxes and some other things so it came to a roughly $70 and then by the weekend it was up to $150 not sure it's worth it but it was convenient and they did not give me any grief about my service dog was former canine police dog

For the price is a good deal. Surely can improve the wi fi since is charged on the resort fee. Also, is anoying tha you have to call everyday housekeeping if you want your room to be cleaned because otherwise, they dont do it.

It was a great cheap stay. Less than 7$ resort fee four under 100$ on a Friday to Saturday great value. No pool or jacuzzi access due to renovations and it has sort of a Laughlin, Nevada vibe
