The bad custimer service. Reserved nin smoking but the whole area and room smells smoking. Toilet blocked. Shower dont work. There is nothig good. Everything bad. Dont recommen for any as service is not friendly.

It was difficult to find the desk to check in. I had to snag a security person in order to find the desk. Shuttle from airport to location was a no show. I called the location and had to text 3 times before I was told I had to take a cab. I enquired as to why the no show when it is listed as "amenity". Answer: Driver called out. NO SUBSTITUTE????? I was not offered a discount covering my cab fare. The attitude displayed by the manager was that of a shrug of the shoulders. Pool was listed as an amenity. It was closed, despite a sign directing one to the pool. Corridor to my room reeked of a combination of rotten cigars and marijuana. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Beautiful pool area. Clean, modern rooms. Fantastic, helpful, friendly staff. The carpets in the halls show considerable wear and the walls were dirty. The elevator sounded like it was trying really hard to work lol The walls are thin, we heard snoring from the other side. And the airport is close so there's plane noise constantly. The walk to the strip was close and straight forward.

We appreciated and used the airport shuttle. The gentleman driving was helpful in getting everyone on board to the airline or can rental shuttle they needed. The desk clerk was helpful with scheduling the transfer. The hotel smelled gross and the walls and ceilings were very thin. We could hear all the neighboring concersations

Security need a pay raise

The room was fine but the service was not great...I arrived after. Wedding at about 330 am no one was at the check in desk until 5 am...the security stuff was great with explaining the situation
