When we got there on friday, they had an unexpected deposit of 150 dollars as well as 78 dollars as a resort fee. The clerk that dealt with us was the manager there and she was incredibly rude and basically did everything in her power not to help us.

The rooms were clean, but you had to ask for maid service every day in order to get clean towels daily. The casino was clean, but pretty smoky compared to all the other casinos we’ve been to in Las Vegas. There were extra charges on the credit card that was not specified on Expedia while booking the trip. We were looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately, they closed it two days before we got there which was disappointing. But considering the price, you got what you paid for.

Not impressed sadly. The location is okay and the staff seemed great but we realized shortly after we checked in how many roaches there was around in the building. There was also someone staying with a dog that kept using the bathroom in front of our patio that didn’t clean it up (not the property’s fault but it is a not pet friendly building and I’m pretty sure this was not a secive animal) the internet was absolutely terrible to the point we could not watching any streaming services and hardly watch cable or use the guide. The biggest disappointment of the whole stay was that i specifically called and asked if the pool would be available and open when we came to stay and it was not. They had closed it for the season but told me on the phone it was open all season. Overall very disappointing stay

Will never stay there again. Smoky, even in non-smoking section and rooms. Charged us extra fees that were bogus. Didn't have the concept of 'do not disturb', so got knocks all morning asking if we wanted room clean. Loud noise from casino until at least midnight.

Room was large… and bathroom area was very small. Maintenance needed to be done in the bathroom. Toilet seat loose - and a mold or fungus was at the bottom edge of shower area. The facility needs to be updated. A little bit of a walk to (15 - 20min) to get to Sphere and strip. Airport shuttle was VERY convenient!

The location is great if you like to walk to the strip. Although there are many restaurants nearby as well. There was a lot of construction which prevented some transportation challenges right in the area. The hotel is old and needs updating. While the lobby/casino really smelled awful of cigarette smoke, the room did not and it was clean.
