The property was good. However the refrigerator in my room had a really foul odor when i opened it. I didn't have face towels the first. The entertainment flyer was for the month of July 2025. The 2 coupon books left in the room pages were torn out. So i paid for resort fees for nothing

Great property that is up to date and has lots to do for both adults and families. Great location if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of the strip with a wonderful variety of restaurants on location. There’s a rodeo entertainment at the casino as well with barrel racing and all other types of equestrian sports. Great time!

Much deserved getaway

Family getaway to meet up with other family and relax. We had a great time. Plenty for family to do, especially with the hot weather, the pool is fantastic. So much to choose from. Plenty restaurants. Plenty bars. Only complaint would be the friendliness of the front desk check in and the security. We aren’t riffraff, I do not appreciate being treated as such. There was plenty of riffraff around, so Im sure they were third of dealing with them, and monitoring the swim pool and hotel areas, but 1 man sitting in a chair yelling at everyone is a bad look. Get up and stand, take charge and verify key cards instead of yelling at everyone.

I'm a non-smoker and wasn't prepared for the entire casino being open to smoking. I live in NH, where smoking isn't allowed in casinos, or other public places, so this was a big turnoff for me personally.

SouthPoint is a great hotel if you don’t need to be in downtown Vegas. It’s located about 10 miles from the strip. Free parking, tons of dining options and a wonderful event space, are all positives.
