Staff is great, hotel has high pet fee
The rooms could use updating and didn’t look as clean as other similar hotels we have visited. They charge for parking and have a much higher pet fee than other hotels in our experience. If you book on a third party site like hotels.com make sure you read all the policies, as these extra fees are buried and not stated up front. The staff was lovely and very helpful. If not for the extra fees we would probably stay again.

Upon check in we were informed that our pet friendly hotel was charging us $150.00 extra for our pets to stay with us. We travel alot with our fur babies.and accept a nominal charge extra but if you dont want pets at your hotel just say so do t scam people by saying you are accepting pets then charge.more than the price.of a room extra. Plus they charge you for parking. Misleading all the way around. Our great hotels.com deal of $140.00 turned into a $350.00 charge.
