It was a very nice stay. Some better direction or more kid friendly stuff at the casino would have been nice. 2 of the blackjack dealers jenny and Sy were both amazing snd deserve a special shoutout.

Horrible!!! I booked a room in the NEWLY RENOVATED VEGAS TOWER This tower is the best!!!! However upon checkin the tower was closed. So I was not able to stay in the tower and room that I booked. The manager offered me two rooms in the North tower. They were both dirty and not nearly as nice as the rooms in the Vegas. I was pissed. Christmas Eve and this is what I get at the Strat. For the incouthr manager offered me $50 to eat anywhere in the hotel. I left and stayed at the Rio. The Rio has transformed and the rooms are very nice and spacious. I doubt if I will stay at the Strat again.

I had 2 rooms. We were in the north tower on the 22nd floor. The carpet was dirty and wasn’t vacuumed the entire time we were there. This was the hallway carpet. Inside one of the rooms, it was dirt and hair in the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that if you tried to close the door while in there, you have to step out n the shower to do that. Not convinced that the linen was changed. The furniture was very dusty so I know no one dusted. Very disappointed ☹️

I travel to Las Vegas often for travel and this is my first choice hotel. Its brand new with large rooms, comfortable beds, and easy access from the casino. Plus I often take the Deuce bus to the strip which stops right in front so you dont need a car. They usually have good deals even during trade shows.
