The “newer” suites aren’t accommodating! No microwave, nowhere to sit besides the small cube ottoman (otherwise it’s the bed), bedside lighting turns on both switches simultaneously, the shower head isn’t adjustable, w/not existence water pressure, the toilet paper holder was missing screws causing out toilet paper to roll all over the floor, we called maintenance (they were super fast) ! The plus for these minor but mentionable issues was the staff ! Most friendly, pleasant and engaging !

The first room we were given smelled strongly of mold and cigarette smoke. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a renovated room, which was somewhat better, but cleanliness was still lacking. I would not recommend this hotel—it’s in an unsafe part of town and has a strange overall vibe, which we only discovered after arriving. Expedia lists this as a 4-star rating hotel, but it does not live up to that rating. The only highlight was the Chi Restaurant, which served amazing Asian food. The back of the hotel is very unsafe.

Great choice to stay, clean, however the smell of smoke walking to our room was nauseating. I would have probably enjoyed a king bed but they downsized us to two queen beds. Good area to stay in. Pay for parking if you don’t have a Nevada license or plates.

I was treated very rudely by the staff there was only a few people who actually were nice and seemed like they WANTED to be there, everyone else was extremely rude especially at check in, they were trying to force me to upgrade and charge me over 700 more dollars for my rooms. After I declined the offer they didn’t give me my 50 dollar a day per room food and drink credit. When I asked the check in clerk he was very rude about it and just told me “i don’t know you need to contact customer service” and blew me off. Anyway I will NOT be staying here and u will warn as many people as I can.

We arrived to find that the room for four people that we had confirmed with the hotel, was in fact a suite for two as the hotel had removed the sofa bed. Victor at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us an upgraded family suite for slightly extra. We thought this sounded great until we got to it. None of the privacy which was advertised with the grand in the upgraded family suite which cost less, 300sq less to be clear. Plus on entering the room on the 21st floor the smell of cigarettes and pot was overwhelming - in a family room for kids. I called downstairs and they offered us another family suite. I went to the front desk to get the new keys. Shea was extremely rude, this whole issue was not our fault, he may as well have thrown the keys at us. I assumed, quite wrongly that it would be an upgraded one too. Nope. Old furnishings, old bathroom, dirty old carpet. We were exhausted from travelling and frankly fed up - I did not want to go and have another conversation with rude Shea - we were already on room three and had only been in the hotel 20mins, so I slept and went down the next morning early to talk to someone. We had paid extra for a worse room and then also not received it. Alma was very helpful and said that the money for the “upgrade” would be refunded immediately. It was not. We had to wait for the hold to come off and have still to check whether we have been charged the correct amount once all the holidays are finished. There were two safes

The main downside was the awkward design of the shower/ bathroom. The sliding door to enclose the bathroom didn't close all the way making privacy while using the toilet impossible. We found everything else in the newly renovated room to be wonderful. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean room with a fridge and nice view.
