Great, especially for the price. Very firm beds👎

We’ve stayed in the Elevate rooms a couple of times now, and they are great for many reasons. It’s rare to have an in room fridge, but extremely nice when traveling as a family. My only real complaint is that the mattresses are extremely firm and both times we’ve stayed here I’ve left with a lot of back pain.

Sub par hotel rooms. Very empty and felt like a ghost town. Complementary soaps contain almond so my partner couldn’t use the hand soap. No hair drier, locks, or fan in the bathroom. Compared to every hotel we walked through the strat had the least things to make your stay worth while

I was not happy with my stay at all. The room was old and filthy. We had no hot water. Items were missing after we had service to clean our room. The room wasn’t cleaned well after the service and the front seat and hotel manager did nothing. After 3 days of complaining they moved us to another dirty room that did at least have hot water.

Three Things: 1) Book through the hotel directly. Expedia doesn't include hotel fees. 2) The place itself was relatively clean but noisier than the last time I went (forgot about St Patrick's Day and spring break so that was on me) 3) Some staff work on commission to get you out and about--just verify if you will be able to reach yours. I couldn't on mind and I missed out on an opportunity due to a mix up (I showed up but at the wrong location, and had attempted prior but got lost outside of the strip). Will I come back? Yes, but will upgrade my room for more privacy and will check be more detailed in my itinerary so as to not get lost either with rides or taking the bus. BUT...the transportation personnel were fantastic in seeing to help my mother and her scooter on and off the bus. And the staff at the Strat were helpful in guiding us throughout the building, even where to drop off my mom's rental scooter for safe keeping. I never felt demeaned by the staff and always felt heard and respected.

Front deck (Shea) clerk did not want to give a receipt for cash payment, I had to tell him to see his supervisor. The beds were not confortable (curves and crooked) even after changing one bed it was worse. The Strat invested in Atomic Golf which is loosing money instead of renewing their mattress. I reserve a room and they gave it to another client in the same morning. Where their for 3 weeks.

Very nice stay for me & my boyfriend. Only thing I wish we knew beforehand was the $75 deposit for each day/night we stayed. Stayed for 4 days & 3 nights, so it was a $225 deposit. It was a major surprise to us when we got to the hotel. But we got our deposit back a few hours after we checked out. (We checked out on a Tuesday)
