The Berkeley is a timeshare vacation location
We booked a Berkeley on Hotels.com and was not aware it was a timeshare. Nice location away from the busyness of Vegas but close to the airport but it surprisingly was very quiet nice place, but be prepared to get asked to go to presentation.

Great value, spacious and clean
Our spacious one bedroom suite was very comfortable for my husband and I and our little one. Kitchen was very well stocked and more equipment available at the front desk, so we could cook a lot. We had a long stay and we’re very comfortable here- the staff was very friendly and the property is quiet, but we have the convenience of restaurants at the casino next door. One complaint- nowhere to get filtered drinking water so we have to buy jugs, and they don’t recycle at all so the plastic went into the trash. Overall a great stay for the price!

I liked the property, but I loved the bed! It was like I was the first person to enjoy it! The staff were great, and the food in the casino restaurant was tasty and enough for two! The only downer was the shower head, not just low flow but barely flow! The tub however was awesome! I will be back!

Very nice property & the rooms were great. Clean & nice views of the strip. Convenient to the freeway & several shops & restaurants near by. We will be staying there when we go back to Vegas. Very quiet & well insulated since we did not hear anyone.

At first I was swearing at the foldout sofa bed I could feel every spring. After a couple of nights I asked for something to help and they delivered a topper which was better. In fact all you have to do is ask for whatever you need and they will restock to you. No house keeping but can get towels changed etc Great to have a kitchen, easy walk to the casino for meals. Great staff :) Lots of shops across the road and easy to get onto Highway to go anywhere.
