My stay at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon started off with a bit of a hiccup. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no room available for me, despite having made a reservation for that night. The male employee I initially spoke with gave me incorrect information and was not particularly professional in his communication, which made the situation more frustrating. However, once the manager, Jennifer, came in, everything changed for the better. She was extremely professional, kind, and quick to resolve the issue. She immediately found a room for me, apologized for the earlier confusion, and even gave me her contact information to use in case I planned to arrive during early morning hours in the future (as I did this time, between 3 AM and 5 AM). Her service truly turned the situation around. The rest of my stay was wonderful. The room was exactly what my family and I needed—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I have no complaints about the accommodations and would definitely consider staying here again, thanks to Jennifer’s excellent customer service. The only negative for me, was that the room smelled a little like smoke/stale as if someone had smoked in there, but I just went and bought Febreze to sprayed on furniture and around the room. I also used an Plug In, and that did the trick, again the room was great and all the amenities were awesome especially the washer and dryer because we had taken the family to a water park and was able to wash and dry their clothes!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Completely enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The only issue was during our stay the AC started having issues. The AC kept us comfortable except it started to squeal and was loud. I reported the issue, was told someone would be over in 15 to 30 minutes. Nobody came and the noise continued the rest of our stay. Because everything else was so wonderful we plan to return. If the noise had started earlier in the trip I would have contacted the staff again. The saltwater pool is great too!

Me and my family loved the cliff my only issue was the ac stopped working in the middle of the night and there wasn’t any maintenance on the property at that hour to do anything about it other than that it was a great stay

Dirty Room, Broken Promises — Not Family-Friendly I booked a one-week stay because the hotel offered a room with tile floors, a kitchen, and a crib — ideal for traveling with a baby. But shortly after check-in, I realized the room was far from clean. The floor was so dirty my feet turned black just walking around. The dishwasher had leftover food particles, the laundry machines were filthy, and there was dust and dried food all over the floor. I contacted Expedia right away to shorten the stay. The hotel told them I could check out on Tuesday with no penalty and receive a refund for the unused nights. When I went to the front desk Monday night, they confirmed this. But Tuesday morning, they acted like they had no idea and told me to go through Expedia again. Expedia reached out and was told we had to email the hotel — and once we did, they refused the refund entirely. The room wasn’t clean, and the hotel didn’t keep its word. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families.

The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was perfect for our family of five. Only complaint is the television situation. The televisions are old and outdated. There weren't many channel options for us to select from. Therefore, I believe that is extremely necessary for management to upgrade to smart televisions for people that enjoy staying in to catch-up on a show...

I like the Cliffs at Peace Canyon because it’s got nice amenities, friendly staff that are prompt when you need service, and it’s reasonably priced. If you’re not into staying at casinos and dealing with that crowd, I would definitely recommend this option.

We loved our stay at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon! If we ever come back to Las Vegas, we will come here again. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and prepared after we waited in line for 2 hours at 300 in morning for our rental car. The unit we stayed in was clean and parking as a breeze. I do wish the kitchen had cooking oil, as we had to buy some, and that the salt and pepper shakers were full. Other than those minor things, our stay was wonderful and so was Las Vegas.
