I stayed at this place for two weeks and if you want to stay outside the strip, it is a good option. The bear was comfortable in the rooms were extremely clean. Very nice condos. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Check in was super easy got there a little early but no problem probably be busier on a weekend. Separate bedroom and full kitchen nice little patio off the dining area. Brought some things I thought I would need for cooking but pretty much everything was supplied. Busy week so didn't have time to check out all the extras, would like to spend more time when we go back.

I love the idea of this property because it has a full apartment so you can cook meals and keep your leftovers while you're on vacation it's in a really quiet area the people were very friendly at the desk the beds were comfortable it was super clean and it was just a great idea I loved it!!!! Much better than staying in a noisy motel or hotel near the strip and I also loved the fact that they had a great swimming pool that was heated and a big jacuzzi and the price was amazing

The location of the property was ideal for our week long stay in Vegas. We spent a week exploring the outdoors and not the Strip, restaurants, and casinos. The location provided quick access to freeways and various activities we enjoyed w/o having to go thru downtown. Shopping for groceries and/or restaurants very near by. The 1 bedroom unit was spacious. We had everything we needed to function like an apartment for a week. Gym available on property and empty all week. 2 ellipticals, 2 stationary bikes, treadmill and weight machine. Both ellipticals were workable, but not functioning properly. Addition of free wts would have been helpful. The gym did not appear to get cleaned the entire week. Other than the gym the property seemed clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool, outdoor fire pit, grills, etc but they are available. We also did not use the free shuttle to the Strip. It drops you at the Tropicana I think which is an approx 2 mile walk to the Luxor almost at the other end. So depending on where you are wanting to go on the strip this may or may not be convenient. Quiet property. Easy parking. Perfect for us and our needs

Nice apartment that needs maintenance
Spacious apartment with full kitchen & a washer & dryer. The maintenance of the unit was poor. The bath tub drained very slowly & the toilet paper holder & towel holders were falling off the wall. One of the blinds fell down & just missed landing on my head. The garbage disposal made a very loud noise when used. There was no housekeeping service even though we were there for 5 nights. Any time you needed something, you had to go to the office & request it. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils but had plenty of dishes & glasses. The pool & hot tub were both very nice.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and it’s been excellent both times. The rooms are spacious & clean, the hot tub and pool are lovely, and the location is perfect for recreating at Red Rocks (we are climbers). Lots of good restaurants & a grocery store nearby, and if you want to go to the Strip there is a frequent shuttle. Will definitely come again!

The stay was fine. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The checkout procedures really annoyed me. Strip the bed, leave the towels in the bath tub, take out the trash to the nearest dumpster. What is this, Vee Are Bea Oh? I should have stayed at a regular hotel where I don't need to be concerned with these things AND get breakfast in the morning.

Very family oriented, pool, quiet and very home like. The property staff are friendly. It is close to major department stores and restaurants. Also, walkable in the mornings and evenings to check the area around. Worth the money!

Had two bedroom with living area. And kitchen. Two bathrooms. Kitchen very spacious. Full-sized fridge, oven etc. Not much in terms of dishware, though perfectly sufficient for our needs, didn't really check anything else. From our unit no views since units are close together, but enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony/ patio. Front desk. Very friendly. There's a shuttle that is scheduled that takes approximately 20 minutes to the strip. (We did not use). A nice grocery store is a 5-minute drive away. Otherwise the immediate area around hotel is residential. Restaurants are not too far a drive away. Pool area spacious and very lovely.

And would stay here again! We had a two bedroom that was like a little apartment that I found very clean and well stocked, even down to having measuring cups and colander and a picture for me to make iced tea much more pricey in the past, hasn’t comfortable, the property is well maintained And overall quiet, nice and easy
