Our toilet was clogged when we got there, only 3 out of 6 elevators were working. The line to go down or up got worse as days went by. Also we were told we would receive a $50 credit for the clogged toilet and we never did.

The room was definitely worn. Broken lights switches, bathroom vanity sink cracked and chipped paint. View was great to the fountain. Smell of weed was coming through the vents from adjacent room. There are better options on the strip for this price point.

The balcony rooms overlooking the Balagio fountains are amazing! Had troubles getting our room cleaned which was a big problem. Then speaking to front desk and concierge on 3 occasions which they noted the issues and offeres some compensation. Then to check out and them saying nithing was noted! This was vetmry disappointing and wouldn't expect that from a hotel of its category!

We loved our room and the property was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. The only couple negatives were the elevators were broken and painfully slow the entire stay. (Not what we expect from a higher end hotel) also we were accidentally checked out of our room (Rm 5225) a day early and had house keeping trying to kick us out. And our key cards stopped working.

The check in process is horrible. I canโ€™t believe they donโ€™t have online checkin. But the receptionist is absolutely wonder. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room is just okay, the design is kinda old but the views are fantastic.

In love!

As always, the cosmopolitan is one of the most beautiful hotels in Las Vegas! My husband and I donโ€™t stay anywhere else I mean, why would you the balcony and the views are amazing!!! The only issue I have this time was that the mayors in the room or still dirty there were little handprints on the mirror and on the sliding door other than that, itโ€™s all amazing!!!
