It was a good property with a nice restaurant but overall needed a little cleaning and fixing. I asked to not be on the ground floor because the area wasn't the safest and they said that because I booked with expedia that they couldn't change my room. The chain lock on the sliding door was broken (and quite frankly you could get in and out even with it on), the door to the room was really heavy and slam shut it you didn't hold it the whole time, there was a dirty washcloth on the patio chair, the sink didn't drain. All little things but overall made it not as nice an experience. On the plus side, the restaurant was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, love that it’s far from the Vegas strip but close enough to get there. The perks and credits for the restaurant were great. The pool was amazing and well taken care of. I will definitely be back.

English Hotel and Pepper Club

The TV and phone did not work due to a storm 3 days prior. I don’t know how long it took to fix as we had to leave for dinner res. They were fixed when we got be 3 hours later. There was poop unflushed in the toilet when we arrived at our room. I had asked for a Mountain View but got a view of the pool and restaurant. The hotel is nice and rooms are very small but comfortable. There is lots of water available 24/7 and good coffee in the a.m. The Pepper Club reston site is excellent

We stayed for 4 year anniversary and they made it as magical as I expected they even gavs us tokens during our stay which allowed us to have discounted or free food for lunch,dinner, and breakfast. This also included drinks the restaurant and staff were amazing next time we go to Vegas we will be staying here again

Great quiet place

This was a great place to stay in Vegas if you wanna avoid the craziness on the trip. It was quiet no smoke no gambling and had an amazing restaurant right next-door.

Amazing property and even better staff. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved our room, the food & cocktails in the Pepper Club were fantastic, and again, the staff here from top to bottom, everywhere we went, were beyond top notch. Loved our stay here would absolutely stay again.
