It was okay. The suites didn't have any silverware which I thought was odd. Rooms were dated even though they were "updated" a few years ago. The parking garage was terrible, the elevator was super dirty, and it felt like it was going to fall. I honestly wouldn't consider staying here again—way better options.

The parking is cheaper than other hotels for guests . But licatingvit is so horrible we spent at least 30 minutes going around the strip las vegas blvd bec when we googled it , it directs u to Harrahs parking sign only which we did not know that the lLINQ parking is just inside the Harrahs sign if you drive farther down the ramp since there was ni sign in front as Harrahs and LINQ parking in that entrance we took a Uturn Then We goiogked LINQ parking garage and it redirects us to back entrance We eeven ask the guard it says we gi straight ti the third entrance which we cannot find bec it was already dark and we were going around multiple times but we cannot find the entrance So we decided to go to LINQ concierge whi redirected us to the right area but all aprking was si full thanks GOD i have a disbled parking sticker so we were able to find a prking in F2 garage 1 2 garages has cinfusing exitems and entrance which make it so complicated for seniors . Elevators are cibfusing going to the garage every floors has different garage elevators . The second day we parked at garage 2 whuch when we exited has lead us to where the dog relief area is 6-8 dubberman sniffing digs with uniformed men meet us when we open the door leading to first floor casino then we have ti take an escalator and elevator again to go to the districts 1,2,3 elevator so we ca. go up to our hotel rooms The designs of the hotel is terrible from garages

Location was amazing, I could go anywhere without using uber. When we checked in and went into the room, I found used cotton swabs on the floor and shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. We asked the front desk to fill our empty bottles and the housekeeper came in 15 mins after we called even though it was 10pm. Nice and quick customer service.

The resort fee was exorbitant when the pool, etc were closed. The entire first floor stinks of cigarette smoke, staff is almost impossible to find and the elevators were malfunctioning the entirety of our visit. There was no mini-fridge in-room (but we could rent one for another fee), while we were there the roof was leaking. Don’t come off-season.

We expected more, we were not impressed. Upon entering the facility, we checked into our room via kiosk although there was an option to do so at the manned front desk. We found our room using a print out that came out of the kiosk along with our card key. Following instructions was easy. Our first impression of our room was that it was neat, clean and minimalistic. There was no dresser or desk per se, just a long, narrow laminated ledge that was attached to the wall under the television. The bed itself was soft and comfortable. The bathroom door was a hanging sliding barn door, which I did not particularly care for because every time I opened and closed it, it felt unstable. Overall, we felt the room was just basic, nothing special. I had the opportunity to use the hotels gym facilities. To me, the gym was kind of small and overcrowded, but it was sufficient. it was also neat and clean. We felt that the restaurants in the hotel was overpriced and limited. But I guess that’s just Vegas.

First time staying at the Linq and although my experience as a single female traveler was very secure and felt very safe I was disappointed in the surcharge to check in early when I arrived to my room and found that the sink in the bathroom wasn't cleaned (I took a picture) and appeared to have Emesis remains in it

Problems from the word go. We arrived late, at about 1AM, and found that we could not get the room we wanted. We got into the room, and found the bathroom sink clogged. We had to stay awake until after 2 waiting for maintenance to come clear the drain. There were ZERO amenities in the room - no refrigerator, no microwave, not even a coffee maker - just 2 paper cups and an ice bucket, but the ice machine was literally half a mile walk from our room. The electrical outlets in the room were loose, and several didn't work at all. We only used the room to sleep and shower, so we lived with it. BUT.... Monday morning, we got up early because we were being picked up for an excursion at 6AM only to find that we had no water at all in the shower, and only cold at the sink. We called the desk, and they told us it should be fixed by 8.... only, we were being picked up at 6. We also had problems next door at the Flamingo, which I only include here because it's owned by the same organization - Caesars. Food at one of their upscale restaurants came out all wrong, and both our meals had to be sent back and remade. Then, at a show we attended last night, we ordered a couple of soft drinks. Just before the show started, the waitress comes to our table and dumps an entire tray of beer and mixed drinks on me. My entire left side from shoulder to ankle was drenched. Then they actually made us pay. All the way Caesars did NOTHING to make it up to us.
