Check in was chaos!! Everyone checking in at 4:00 and not enough people. One person was trying to line people up to use the kiosks but people were cutting in line and getting angry. There isn’t a parking area for checking in. You have to pay to park in the garage. It was not easy finding where to go. $50 daily resort fee!!! The good: our room in District 2 was good. Shower was strong and water hot except once around 4:30. Maybe everyone getting ready to go out all at once? Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was very quiet.

Ive stayed here before and i was not impressed this time. Our rooms lamp shade looked like it had been smashed, there was blood stains on the shower curtain and the center table where the phone is was super dusty.

horrible experience
It was clean, thats about all I will say good about my stay. it took forever to find handicap parking than had to walk forever to find an elevator only to go all the way down and then find district 3 and go up to my room on 5th floor. my tv didn't work right i called for service finally and the tech never showed up so I checked out early. the vending machine would except cash or credit card so no water or beverage for me to start my day off on the right foot.
