Front desk was very rude when i checked in I didn’t get her name but she needs to have more patience, and be more kind and friendly. I did apologize to her not knowing that I didn’t do anything wrong but it took her 1 minute to respond and made a fuss that hurt me a lot. Front desk is the first expression that people walk in to M and it’s bad. I was charged on my card $50 for no reason and was told it was a mistake, that’s another red flag that people need to pay more attention, because mistakes can happen but if I didn’t check my bank statements i wouldn’t know. Over all I loved the place.
