Thr room i stayed in had a funny smell to it. It could have been the carpet. The room fell outdated. I had to unplug one of the lamps so i have a socket to plug my Cpack machine. I had to plug cell phone other side of the room and the air duct smell like smoke made the whole room smell like smoke tub was so high up couldn't step in it

We stayed in the Newer Renovated Towers (For extra Upgrade charge, of course). The room was nice, clean and didn’t smell like smoke so we were very happy about that ! The only couple things I had issues with was the Elevator and The “Hash a gogo “ restaurant. 1. We luckily stayed on the 13th floor. Because when we got into full of people elevator and it went down…Floor by Floor !! It was the craziest thing!! There were so many people waiting for elevators on every floor. Thank god there wasn’t an emergency !! 2. We went to the “hash a gogo “ restaurant for breakfast at 9:45am …Literally 1/2 the restaurant had Empty Tables and it was just 2 of us, they told us we didn’t have reservations and it would be 45 - 1Hr wait before we where seated !! The only other restaurant open at that hour was the Chinese Dim Sum restaurant ! The Little Mexican Cafe near the hash a gogo , had Horrible Service and an extremely limited menu!!

Overall it was a wonderful experience upgraded to a suite with a view and it was fantastic however the only real complaints I have is that the staff took nearly a hour and a half to check in 5 people. The room was lovely except the outdated whirlpool that had some stains and green stuff on it but that will be fixed when the room gets its chance to be renovated.

The very first day that I arrived and checked into my room, I opened the door and noticed the carpet was dirty with very noticeable spots.The bathrooms were not properly cleaned...The tub had a dirty ring aroun it and the sinks were filthy...(And to top it all off) There was NO HOT WATER!!! The first maintenance guy show up 2 hours later but did not fix my water issue. The 2nd maintenance guy showed up about 10am the next morning and 20mins later...I had hot water. Yay! The customer service was great. For my troubles they gave me a $40 food and drink credit to use in the hotel the night before I checked out I was not able to use it because it was my first time to Vegas and I was booked and busy enjoying the city, shopping, partiny and going to concerts. The next day the clerk the checked me out offered me a credit/refund of $56.00 off my bill for my troubles.I said I except...Please tell me why I'm still waiting for that credit to hit my account....😯
