The services are excellent! Especially the room service, they are very attentive to what we need for our room, they greet and smile at you when they are in the hallway even they are working hard! But the only complaint about is what happened to the coffee machine together with the coffee and tea? But I’ll recommend The Orleans Casino and Hotel to my families & friends! Thank you!!!

Very dissapointed

Floor and room was dirty. No daily maid service. Had to ask for towels. No ammenities: coffee maker, refrigerator. Ask for a room near the elevator so they put us all the way at the other end of the hall. Drains were clogged. There was a bug in the towels. Paying resort fees, for what?

This property is ok. Not my favorite but we bowl tournament every year there and it just seems to be yucky now. Staff was rude and unwilling to help. Never said Hi, kiss my butt or anything. The hotel is also in the "Red Light District" and felt unsafe outside the property. Yikes. Hotel needs a major over haul.
