Was able to check in with Kiask machine it was quick and easy. Room was very clean, spacious with comfy pillows and beds.

This is very rare that i write a review, but i must at this point. I live in southern california and work in las vegas. I stay at the orleans a lot, like over 30 -40 weeks a year, and average 3 to 4 nights. Every time is always something. Hvac is noisy bayhroom door off the slides, house keeping when the provacy sign is up. No hot water unless allowed shower to run 15 minutes.....This week. No water at 5:30 in the morning. No shower. No proper teeth brushing and no flushable toilet. Unfortunately i will still stay here out of convenience, due to the proximity of my job, but i go there every week wondering what the next issue will be. I would recommend for people who commute to work, but i wouldn't recommend it for a weekend get away if you have high expectations. On a good note, the employees are always fantastic! I hope someone from the Boyd group would follow up with me. Pros= affordable and close to work

Love this hotel

Usually a 5 star but the water went out until about 7:30 then no hot water til 8:30am. I know beyond their control. Otherwise as always a great stay
