I must say I have been coming to Vegas for over 25 years and have stayed at the Venetian/Palazzo at least 7-8 times. This time, the service both in the room and at the hotel itself was subpar, including the prestige club and two (2) suites I booked for our stay. I may need to look for another hotel for our next trip to Vegas.

Fantastic property, set at the top of the strip. I do think however, charging guests $11 for a small bottle of water is ridiculous, especially for a 5* hotel. Other than this slight issue, fantastic stay at a brilliant hotel!

Just finished a brief stay at The Palazzo. Rooms are clean and bedding very comfortable. Right next to the Venetian and The Sphere which was our reason for visiting. Pool are is nice and there are lots of restaurants between the 2 properties. Would stay here again.

First time staying at the Palazzo and from arrival to departure it was an incredible stay! The ability to check-in online ahead your arrival was great so all we had to do when we arrived was show our ID/CC and grab keys. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are pretty, incredibly spacious and clean! I am very impressed by this property and the service! The location is also great and the amenities and pool are really nice. It’s easily accessible to so much including the Venetian and the Wynn properties so you never get tired of places to eat or things to do. Lovely property, great location and wonderful staff and service! I enjoyed the Wynn properties and other hotels I have stayed in the past but the rooms especially with a view at the Palazzo are my favorite rooms now! Oh the cheesecake they have on the room service menu is AMAZING!! Book the hotel, you will thank me later!
