The hotel is lovely. The suite was amazing—plush, extremely comfortable and the view of the ever-changing sphere was infinitely more entertaining than the strip ever could have been. I had two issues: the tub had multiple little tiny hairs! I called housekeeping as soon as we arrived at 6 pm our first night and was assured it would be addressed right away. It was not. When I spoke to guest services a 2nd time the next day, it was cleaned. My second issue was with the Grand Canal shops. A few shops had women standing in the doorways aggressively and relentlessly attempting to get your attention to get you to enter their shop.
