Rooms not clean enough

The main areas and grounds were beautiful but the room was not clean. There was visible debris on the floor, water stains on the countertops, and it smelled of sewer at times. Room service dishes were in the hallway for many hours. Our bags took almost an hour to get to our room making us late for our dinner. There were no other rooms available without an 'upgrade' so we went home after one night instead of the 2 we booked.

A luxurious oasis in a crazy city.

We were upgraded to a King Suite with city view and what a view it was, both during the day and at night. The suite was very spacious and had a great sitting and dining room a few steps below the bed area. Everything about it felt luxurious and it was exciting to remotely open the curtains from our bed to reveal the view in the morning. We particularly liked the position of the hotel on the strip. Easy walking to all the sights yet a bit more peaceful and sophisticated than other properties . The pool deck, although not fully open at this time of year was a great place to relax.

The Grand Lux restaurant with Jake the Allstate guy, Pompeii, and Hugo has great breakfasts and lunches. This restsurant has some of the best decor in the world. Attached is their bar, with Chris and Josey. Lemlem, the concierge, helped us daily to navigate our way around the Strip. She had a great sense of humor and was very personable. Stop by the pool and meet bartender Keith, who makes a mean Captain Morgan and diet coke. Our favorite dinner was at Thomas Keller's Bouchon on the tenth floor with the beautiful gardens around the pool. The food and wine were wonderful and reasonally priced for French crusine. Ask for Ivan to serve you. He was very accommodating keeping us on time for our show. He was very charming and made you feel at ease. In conclusion, it was a great stay at the Palazzo.
