Huge hotel with multiple options. Everyone in the hotel, shops, and restaurants were all very clean & friendly. However very short staffed in the hotel. We never got to speak with the 1 concierge. And housekeeping never made up our room. The coffee lines were extremely long every morning, so it would have been convenient to have small coffee machines in the luxurious suite. We were at the very end of the long corridor & then thru the casino to the nearest cafe. I can’t say room service has ever provided really hot coffee in the mega hotels. The non-smoking casino was grand, and cleanliness was apparent everywhere.

Love this property! Real convenient to attend events at the Sphere!! Sphere view rooms are amazing !! Wish there was more courtesy water bottles in rooms and tissue boxes. If they can install even the vending machines for water bottles it would be helpful.

A lovely stay

It was a fabulous hotel. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher is some current internal construction which was within the casino and navigating through to our room. Otherwise it did not interfere with our accommodations/ability to sleep very comfy. All staff members were very courteous and professional.

We really liked how organized the parking situation was with incoming valet parking up top and outgoing parking below. So much less chaotic than Caesars. Really appreciated the guard checking room keys before entering hotel room floors. Love, loved the quiet open spaces and the convenient restaurants. We will save up to come again!

I like the size of the room. The view and most of all we enjoyed The comp room The only thing I would recommend about this hotel is having a 24-hour coffee shop. There is people who wake up early and would like a cup of coffee. It was like pulling a tooth out of a baby's mouth
