Great sized room super close to the Sphere

We were helped promptly during check in. Super friendly customer service. Room was excellent and a great size. Comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Would definitely stay here again! My wife and sister in law went to see the Backstreet Boys on 8/15/25 at the Sphere and it was linked to hotel.

This property exceeded our expectation. Suites were very clean, quiet and well located to shopping and restaurants. Our room was serviced daily (it was nice to come back from a long day to a freshened room). We were on the 46th floor and the view was directly overlooking the sphere with a panoramic view looking east. All in all a very nice stay.

Fantastic hotel and attached shopping and restaurants. Truly amazing. Only critique would be better communication between front desk and Rewards desk. Front desk sent me to Rewards counter. and I wasted 20 min. walking to find and wait in line. I was told they’d add my stay but Rewards desk said it wasn’t possible after I’d paid my bill and checked out. They need to have consistent info for guests.
