Everything was good but didn’t touch the fridge. Would have been nice to be able to use it for our own food and drink but apparently there are sensors that if you even just move the pre-stocked items, you pay for it. For the price of the room, this is not exactly pleasant.

This is one of my favorite properties to stay in Vegas. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable. Easy access from the freeway. $18 parking fee is annoying.

This was the worst hotel stay ever. We booked two suites and one was not ready for a couple of hours after the check in time. Also, our room had a terrible view and we asked to upgrade both suites. This took 4 hours! In the meantime, we waited in the suite with the terrible view. We kept calling for updates, put on hold for 20 minutes each time, only to hear that they had no idea when our room would be ready. When one suite was finally ready, I asked that they bring the keys to us which they said they would do, but we had to go down to get them from the desk. I asked to be compensated for the wait and terrible service and was told that I would get $150 in food/drink applied to my account. Upon checkout, this was not applied and I had to go to the front desk to request it. The main person who was "helping" me with the rooms was borderline rude and totally unhelpful. She first told me that they would not charge me for the upgrade to the room in addition to the $150, then checked with a manager and said I still had to pay for the upgrade. For how expensive the room was and how expensive the upgrade was, the terrible service was inexcusable.
