This is a good and affordable (weekdays) hotel resort located in the heart of Las Vegas. It’s about a 10-minute Uber ride to the Strip and 15 minutes from the airport. I like that it’s not on the Strip itself, so it’s less crowded. The hotel offers several dining options, which is convenient. However, one downside was the reservation issue at the buffet restaurant. The app and website advised making a reservation with the host, but when we arrived, the host told us to use the app, which wasn’t working. We ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner.

Check-in process was not great. I received a text that our rooms were ready at 11:00, yet upon arrival we were told to wait until 3:00. We constantly had to ask for sufficient towels and wash cloths and hand towels. The bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. The beds could have been more comfortable. Why isn’t the in-room coffee free? AYCE is way over priced!

The sofas were broken , it took longer to have someone service ur room . Toilets were backed up. Every experience in that hotel was horrible. It’s not worth $1600 for the room. I just touched or moved a little to having the mini bar and they charge me for coffee absurd then the circuit breaker blew out of nowhere when I turned on lamp horrible not safe.

I arrived early for check in and the hotel computer system was down so I waited until 3pm. Was given two key cards but one only worked my entire stay. Security was lacking asking to see guests keys before going to room, kind of made me uncomfortable because anybody could’ve walked in and possibly harmed other people. I’m very detail attentive when it comes to bathrooms where the most germs are. I found hair behind the door and in a few corners. The desk chair was starting to wear down and should be replaced. I ate at the cafe and BobbieJo took care of me at the bar and let me say she is AMAZING and so nice. My scrambled eggs appeared undercooked and she swapped them out for over easy which were done..but way too much oil like they were going to slide off the plate. Bed was on the firm but didnt give me any issues. I really wish they had an airport shuttle.

It was a clean and nice property. The room was gorgeous and spacious. The only complaint is some of the staff was rude. The guy that checked me in didn’t bother to make any form of communication and any question I asked he seemed to be bothered to answer or in a rush to cut me off. I had a email from you guys asking if I wanted to upgrade my room which I did but he didn’t seem interested in helping out with that. I also asked a few questions to a security guard about locations to purchase some water and didn’t want to answer questions. All he said if you want water go off property. I loved the hotel itself the staff really ruined my stay.
