The hotel property is located within minutes from shopping, dining and casinos. The balcony views are amazing. Although self-parking is not an option the valet offered is very efficient and included in the price of your hotel room.

Beautiful resort luxury style condos. Everything was exceptional. We will be back at MGM Signature as our regular hotel stay. Worth every penny. Staff and service was beyond exceptional! Great to have no casino!
Great place to stay off the strip...no casino on ground level. The suites were nice but would have needed a closer suoermarket to make use of the kitchen. Very spacious and comfy. Would stay again esp now that I know food is a walk away.

Loved our stay. Had a stove top. You need to call and they’ll bring you pots pans and knives. Valet was included which was convenient. There wasn’t a self parking option. MGM is a bit of a walk to get to those extended amenities, but I would highly prefer the signature versus mgm. It’s not super walkable to the strip, but doable. Staff was great. Jett bath/spa plus nice shower. Multiple gyms, great pools, fridge good size. Overall liked the stay. Elevators require key to get to each floor so if multiple rooms are booked you can’t easily go to each others floor or tower

When I see poor or damming reviews of hotels I am often scaptical. This is more a mixed review. The location and staff are brilliant, if you dont want a hotel/suite on the "strip" but close enough to the night life and day time action (close to lazy river) then the Signature is for you! But the rooms are starting to show their age and the furnishings are getting worn. It does feel its age throughtout the build and could do with a remodel within the next few year, but if this does not bother you, then stay here!
