Good, large suite. Spotlessly clean and receptionist was very helpful in telling us what was around and how to access various services. Could have provided some plates and glasses rather than having to call for them. Fridge didn’t work but we didn’t report it as we didn’t really need it until the last night but it didn’t affect our stay

Very spacious; balcony with good views. Sofa bed very uncomfortable to sleep in so two family members did not sleep well for 4 days. Pool 1 was closed so had to walk to mgm or tower 2. Starbucks was closed so had to walk far for it.

My day was amazing up until the last day did Jacuzzi the water that came in the Jacuzzi was had green water running from pipes I have a picture of it. I couldn’t take a shower. My flight was at 10:10. I checked out at 8 o’clock so I didn’t wash at all, took a six hour flight and then three hours to get home to Connecticut. No shower no nothing didn’t brush my teeth or anything.

Used to love this property with city view balcoies stayed here 3 nights over the past few weeks and had nothing but problems. some rooms are privately owned and offer no services, now from this stay and booking through MGM iw as charged extra fees and never explained why. I was overcharged several hundred dollars for things and fees i did not charge nor incur. very alarming and thank god AMEX alerted me they tripple charged me, be warned WATCH YOUR BILL AND GET IT PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. i am stll getting billed by them weeks later,
