Be Advised Under Construction
The north tower is being renovated. There is construction noise from 630 am until 3pm. We were awaken on 11-18 and 11-19 before 7am. The noise is a rotary hammer drill on the floor above our 31st floor room. I called the front desk and was placed on an automatic hold. The desk never answered the phone for 30 or 40 minutes of ringing.

A beautiful Hotel all the way around. The Conference I attended was organized like I have never seen. Just amazing. Staff, amenities, casino....Wow! Can not wait to go again next year.

The check in was smooth - Rodrigo on reception was professional and super helpful. The suite is huge! Beds are so comfy. Plenty of mirrors and seating. Lighting in the room could be brighter. Could be cleaner in terms of dusting and carpet cleaning but generally kept to a good standard. No complimentary drinks provided, e.g. water, tea/coffee making facilities. Hotel is in a great location on The Strip. The interior is plush. Jane at the concierge desk was awesome - helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our king suite was absolutely stunning! There was so much to do at this property. We had a wide variety of dining options and always had fabulous food and service. You could spend all of your time in the hotel and never be bored. That being said, the hotel is in the perfect location to get out and explore.
