Not what I expected
The motel is run down. 1st room had a door connecting the adjacent room but you could not lock it. The TV control didn't work. The TV was stuck on the home shopping network. When we asked for a new control they said they could not get us one. They moved us rooms instead, to a room with a smaller TV. The tiny shower was leaking cold water from the ceiling. And the lady at the front desk was Supper Rude! They had the parking lot entrance closed with cones and the maintenance guy that was in charge of letting cars in and out was not there. We had to move the cone to get out.

Super convenient location- immediately next to the festival grounds, walkable to the Punk Rock Museum as well as bigger areas on the strip in the other direction. Comfortable and clean enough and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Not impressed. The staff demanded a cash deposit for the room despite my credit card being on file. We were told to use the ATM in the lobby which had outrgaous fees, especially for travellers. I've never had this happened with Expedia before. The room smelled horrible and the bathroom was in rough condition. We would have opened a window for some fresh air but it was being held shut with a piece of metal.

For a weeknight your rates are high for this kind of hotel. the office staff are rude and indifferent to customers. The carpet in the room was very soiled and the shower was not clean.

The plexiglass at reception was a nice touch, wasn’t sure whether it was because of bad customers (weren’t any while we were there), rude staff, or the fact they made every customer leave a $100 CASH security deposit. They even provide a cash machine right there within 5 meters that has a nice $3 surcharge for your trouble. Can’t even leave because you are pre-paid so it’s pretty much extortion. Really liked the ‘if you don’t remember to pick up your deposit on checkout then you forfeit it’ bit you have to sign too. Like the person behind me said, tourists don’t carry cash and the locals would never stay here. Anyway, the room itself was large and clean. Pity it was over 93F and the air conditioning was not on. It took 2 hours to cool the room down. The other nice touch was the shower head that was set up for all their 4’ tall customers .. I’m 5’4 and the shower head was at my nose level. My over 6’ husband was really impressed. The motel was in a good position but we’ll never recommend it to anyone we actually like. Were so glad to get out of there.

Customer service is 0. They are asking for cash deposits. How can a traveller carry local currency. They do not take deposits via Credit Card. They are taking photo copies of Credit card, which is unsafe

Very poor service, required 100 dollars cash (no cards) for the prepaid stay. Coming for work this was not possible so i had to book somewhere else. Staff was very slow very rude and refused a package i was receiving through fedex. Pick somewhere else its not worth the headache. Motels in mexico got better service and are cleaner.

We were welcomed very rudely. After spending 3 days just on flights from New Zealand to get to our accomodation and asked if we can please book in a bit earlier as we were really tired and just wanted a bed to sleep, we were told in a very rude way sorry no, book in is 3pm. One staff member yelled at me, and my friend said to her there is no need to yell. When we finally got booked in we reported to them that the hair dryer is not working and was told they will bring us a replacement, which never happened. I am very disappointed in the way they handel their customers, friendliness brings you a long way,

I can't believe Travelodge / Wyndham attached their name to this place. Starting at check-in, you feel like you're checking in to a prison with a cracked and taped large sheet of plexiglass separating you and the check in desk, with holes drilled in the middle to speak through. Doesn't make you feel like you made the best decision in hotel choice. Staff not overly friendly either. Run down property that looks nothing like the represented pictures, as well as the pictures of the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, they are no better. Tile floor, worn down bathroom, running toilet, no fridge, no microwave. NO INTERNET. The internet runs at 660kb, not even allowing you to browse pages. I had to check out of this place after one night, and moved to a different hotel. I highly suggest not booking here, you've been warned.
