Staff was very rude on arrival, I upgraded my room. They charged me for the upgrade, said we would be able to get early check in. We waited 5hrs with no response, just to be told the room may not even be available that day. If this was known then why make us wait 5hrs. We ended up downgrading the room to a very small room, soaps were all open and never replaced even though we requested fresh soaps. Shower wouldn't drain and nothing was taken care of or any response about any complaint. This was our 25th year wedding anniversary so the upgraded room was very important. I asked about a refund and if anything would be comped when I checked out. The lady at the desk was very rude, didn't offer so much as an apology. She said it was my fault for upgrading my room online, my response they why offer it or send upgrade opportunities online if the hotel dosnt offer or uphold any upgrade. Also the gate keeper staff, very rude and unclassy. Its ok to greet people as they enter, the parking staff was even worse. Stopped to ask where valet was and the attendant anwserd very rudely "what? This is my property, move your f×××××× car, and learn to read sign says valet that way "
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I will highly recommend all future stays of my family and people I know book elsewhere.
