The sofa from our room was terrible very old. We asked 3 time about to have the mattress from the sofa switched the staff each time said they were checking to see if they have an extra but we were there for 5 nights and didn’t get the mattress changed.

Great stay
The check in process was so easy. We got there early but there was a baggage service that can take your bags and send them to your room later. The check out was simple. You can have digital and physical cards for the room. The house keeper service was great. The kitchen had nothing inside it so you have to ask for everything.

It was nice to have a casino-free hotel that was quiet. Would been nice to have a few more food options in the lobby. Main complaint was the toilets. They are low flow, or something, and took multiple flushes to get just paper down. Also, the suites are spacious, but bare bones. You have to call for kitchen ware and bathroom accessories other than basic soaps etc. No coffee pods were provided with the coffee maker. I highly suggest mobile ordering for the Starbucks before you leave the room because the line is long and slow.
