For a new property (Opened March 2021), the Virgin Hotels in Vegas already feels like it’s in its “midlife crisis” phase. There were three elevators, but only one was working—and that one had a cough like a WWII veteran. Every ride felt like a gamble, and not the fun Vegas kind. My room had a gorgeous view of the airport through glass doors that weren’t sealed properly. The wind howled all night like it was calling for Lassie. At 2am. Every night. Room service? Felt less like hospitality and more like a police wellness check with SWAT backup. Even with the privacy button glowing like a Vegas marquee, you had 1.2 seconds to respond before they knocked like they had a warrant. I asked her to return in 30 minutes—she came back in 13, ready to breach the door like she had intel. For a place under five years old, it’s got character… just not the good kind. Wouldn’t recommend.

Look for another hotel

The employees don't have a clue what's going on in the hotel. We were told yoga is included in the hotel resort fees at 09:00. We show up but since the hotel, a 4.5 star hotel (!), didn't have hot water so they decided to open only at noon. The employees go out of their way not to be helpful. Really wouldn't recommend at all

Great room!

Loved the hotel room. It was a great value, and was with our concert venue. The shower was my favorite part of the room. It was amazing! The only knock I have is the fact that my husband's wallet got stolen while we were at the concert. Made the trip a little tougher.

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with an insane view of the sphere, and it was a relatively low price for staying on the strip.
