Loved having concert venue in same building. Very clean and friendly. On tne cons no fridge or microwave in rooms. Found food venues on the chincy side and food mediocre at best. Crazy they have a beautiful hotel but cheap out on the small things.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel! Parking was convenient and the rooms were clean and welcoming. The only thing we disliked was the automated mini bar, just due to sensors charging upon checking a product without even opening or using it.

My family and I had been to this property last year. Seems like the hotel has declined. The front desk agent was rude and very unhelpful. Numerous restaurants and shops have closed. Further, the hotel stated the pool area opened at 11; however, we had to find a security guard to get the pool opened way after 1q

Love ya but tighten up!

I was unknowingly charged a resort fee that I was sure I paid for in advance according to what I read in Hotels.coms offer and then I was told my hotel deposit and resort fee wouldn't be returned to me for up to a week. The hotel stay was fine but the system this company is using for financial purposes kind of sucks. I'm still riding with you guys but I hope something improves.

The Virgin Vegas is one of Virgin’s best properties! Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. I love the styling and attention to detail across the property but specially the rooms. The rooms are large with a ton of lighting compared to list hotels. The lights are easy to access and operate with multiple switches throughout the room, but primarily by the bed. There are a few restaurants on property, but only one late night option. The hotel has free parking and valet, and is located off-strip. Taxis are plentiful and there are a few nearby restaurants within walking distance. There are quite a few slots, and I did see tables, but I didn’t see them open during my stay, so unsure of their hours if you want to play table games.

This is a very wholistic property with many things to do outside of your traditional Vegas experience- I spent most of my time in the resort exploring their options. Highly recommend The Spa and Kassi Beach House.
