I absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotels. I requested to be on a quiet floor…and they certainly fulfilled that request. I definitely felt safe while staying there…there was plenty of security around. The room was cleaned and made everyday. And the staff was very courteous and polite. I will definitely be coming back.

It was a nice property. The rooms did not have microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker. Workers protesting outside of the property made it uncomfortable leaving and entering. I wouldn't stay here again

Virgin did not tell us that there would be a STIKE during the time that we were staying & apparently it’s been going on for months. There was loud music outside, people yelling, almost no one in the hotel. It’s the only hotel that is on strike. Absolutely embarrassing.
